- FLs, I expect both of you to fly this mission. If you have a problem with this, let me know by Tuesday or you may not be a Flight Leader come Friday. I don't care the score, but flying shouldn't be that hard to accomplish
- FMs, You WILL report in to me this week, and every week. I know sometimes your schedule is too busy, but it shouldn't be a pattern. If you can't handle this very very simple requirement request a transfer or I will. If you can't do something, do a "Leave of Absence" and put it on the database. This is everyone's last warning.
