Greetings, everyone!
The week was quite busy this time, with the first new pilot joining us for a very long time and the Squadron League round 1 deadline (today) closing in. I'm quite happy to say that Mem had 100 % participation with 4 submissions. Also good news is that the recruitment front is finally starting to look lively, thanks to the efforts of LCM B.J. Morgan. Here comes the report :
Squadron News :
- As mentioned above, a new pilot has joined Mem squadron : SL Jackson, now in position 1-2. He even managed to complete the Squadron League mission, thus boosting our efforts a lot. Welcome aboard!
- LCM B.J. Morgan finally got his Medal of Instruction last week. It has been under discussion for many, many months. Congratulations!
Other Stuff :
- I have been redesigning the Mem website to make it look better. Check the changes in http://www.mbnet.fi/~ance/mem and tell me what you think. The site is not yet complete, though.
- HA Kawolski has been busy making the personnel profiles of the TIE Corps website look much better. Now there is a picture of your personal starfighter with its name along, and much more changes. Check your own profile for possible bugs or errors.
Ongoing Events :
- The SSSD Sov Squadron League round 1 has finished. I don't know when the results come out. I'll keep you posted.
- TO Comp. #5 is on, with 2/5 missions published. The next mission should be out very soon (it can be available even now, I haven't looked at the TO site for the last few days). Details : http://www.impstar.net/to/comp5
