Greetings, everyone!
I'll start this week's report by passing on the good wishes of AD Syn Kaek to all Mem squadron and Wing V pilots! My former CMDR visited us for the first time in months since his departure to the Recon Office. It's nice to be remembered...in case you haven't heard already, AD Kaek really misses the life in Mem squadron. Guess that CS duties can be quite boring [:-)] On a more sad note, this week sees the departure of yet another MEMber. We're down to 25 % personnel now, and that's a horrifying figure. I've tried my best in order to recruit some new pilots to our squadron, but to no avail yet. However, there are some truly positive cases coming around this time, so keep your fingers crossed! But now to the report:
Squadron News :
- LT RebelEliminator10 has been declared AWOL and removed from the TIE Corps rosters, as mentioned above. I'll be polite here and say nothing of him...though I would like to drop out a few words.
Other Stuff :
- I have designed a new banner for our squadron, but it hasn't been published yet. I'm still waiting for your comments about my design. Personally, I prefer it to the old one.
Ongoing Events :
- The Wing V Competition #5 closing date (13th Dec) is closing in, and I haven't received any submissions yet. I've flown the battle and it would be nice to see you guys do the same. I don't care about the scores so much, just seeing some participation is good enough! You still have some days left to complete it, so try it if you have the time.
- The latest Training Office Competition (#5) was announced this week. I've designed a TIE Fighter mission for the competition, so there is at least ONE good reason to participate [:-)] ! Seriously, check out the TO website for more info : http://www.impstar.net/to/comp5 FCHG Rankings :
