it's just a fever (38,4 C), so dont dare to think that this is
my last will!
-first of all i'd like to praise you all for doing great work
this week. Dev flew more battles then i've written (sorry about
that, but "format c:" works just to well). i'm really pleased to
see you in action. i hope that we will keep that up. you've
really done good job and you'll see that i see that (MSE time :P)
but still - we cant open champagne now. now that we are moving,
we should put even more effort to keep that up. there is a
bright light in the end of the tunnel! you have shown me that
you're capable of doing some great work. please - keep that
impression. but there are some matters i'd like to put forth, so
we can operate even better (because i think it CAN and MUST be
better).
-those with vulnerable ears can go outside, because i'm going to
yell and roar. well... maybe not :P. but i have to say that i'm
not content about squadron communication. i know it's my duty to
send WSR on friday, but as you can see - something can happen.
it can happen once...twice...but it cant be that you're unable
to send me one mail with report per week!!!!!! and dont you dare
to think that the fact that i'm Communications Off means that
i'm the only one to make you comunicate! you have so many tools
to get in touch with eachother - irc, mailing groups, message
boards!!! use them!!! they're made for you!!! you have to get
used to keep in touch. many ppl in EH are really worth meeting!
and it is communication and teamwork what makes us a Squadron.
why else would you join TC? you could only download and fly
battles, but you're in TC, which means you want something more!
FLs - it's your duty to have contact with your Flight. you're
FLs because you need to learn how to run a squadron. and one
thing is sure - without knowing what's going on in your Flight
you wont be able to be Commanders. that is for certain. you have
been chosen for FL position because you're exceptional pilots.
but dont you think that it means that it's the end of the line!
you still should be examples for your pilots to follow!!!
use communication tools, keep in contact with your squadmates.
oh. that sounded cruel, hard and nasty, huh? huh? :))) but it's
my duty :P
-we're still low on Citations. we need to have more...much more.
and i know we can do it. so guys - follow Rep's instructions
about which battles to fly.
-Hast will be removed to RSV. that's hard, but we cant keep him
in our roster anymore. lets hope he'll return someday (soon),
just like Rowland and Devin did. our number will be down to 7.
that's why we need to recruit. i know that Daedalus roster
havent been updated yet (friend of mine is waiting over 2 weeks
to join TC' ranks), but we should be ready. and try to recruit
someone from RL. we need full roster. it'd be more fun with many
ppl aboard. and you'd get Medal of Instructions for helping CTs
with training :)
-just like always - fly...
-this week i'll send our patch to Tempest to update TTT. get
ready. and since only one of you (a shame!!!!!!!!) told me which
one to choose, i'll follow his advice. Crusader Squadron Patch
will be that kneeling knight.
-look at IWATS for courses you could pass. maybe there is
interesting for you. give it a try.
-watch for COM's competitions! you have chances to get Iron
Stars!!!
ok - it's back to the bed for me. and it all sux, because i have
an exam wednesday and i havent even looked at the books. keep
your fingers crossed...to help me pass of course :)
