Avenger Squadron News:

Congratulations to Ace003, he received a PC for reaching the 100 CR career milestone!
Congratulations to Dax Corrin, he received a SS for reaching 2000 FCHG career milestone!
BlackHellKnight has begun updating the Avenger website at http://www.minos.net/~aes/ Alumni and Black Shirt sections have been updated, links have been updated as well. Go post some news!
Thanks to Ace for kicking butt at the XWA WoW! Pending final disputes, Ace dominated the WoW for the EH with 9 wins! Thanks also to myself and BHK for flying. Avenger was 2/5ths of the EH that showed up.

Current Competitions:

- There are currently several competitions running at the Squadron level, the Battlegroup level, and the Fleet-wide level. Avengers should participate in as many of these as possible.

Fleet-wide Competitions:

#ehcoc MP Events Several Multiplayer Competitions take place weekly in #ehcoc. You can find a schedule of competitions at The Combat Office .


Avenger Competitions:

Avenger Iron Star Competitions Each month Avenger Hosts 5 Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, Avenger Ace-The Pilot who earns the most Pilot of the Week awards in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
Avenger vs Praetorian Squadron This comp was supposed to start today, due to the fact that I can't find an award that the Ops office will approve and Prae is on stand-down till Dec. 1, this comp will be postponed a week. Get out your copy of TIE and get good at SP again! There will be a MP component to this too.
New Flight Names If you can design new flight names, that I like, you will win a Iron Star. Flight One is open for suggestions.
Recruitment Avenger Pilots will be awarded a Iron Star Bronze Ribbon for recruiting new Pilots!

CMDR's Thoughts

Pilot of the Week: Ace! Whooped up on the CMDR, and received many LoCs and DFCs this week! Congratulations!

-Thank you to all who have sent in SP pilot files this week. Avenger is still at 221 citations, no change from last week. I'd like to see the XWA CABS from everyone, but don't let it get in the way of flying MP! That is our #1 function, to dominate the MP arena. I am very proud of my core of dedicated pilots who continue to work hard. You will be rewarded!

-Be on the lookout for pilots who meet our standards of excellence to invite into our ranks. We are still the place to be!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, those who celebrate it!
