Weekly report

Avenger Squadron News:

I begin this report with the news that I am sending LCM Peh to the reserves due to total lack of communication with the squadron commander after repeated attempt by both Sarin and myself. The request is on the desk of the FO, awaiting processing.
XvT WoW started today, get to your ships and get going!
We are currently at 7 pilots with the departure of Peh. I have 2 pilots awaiting time in rank requirements or FCHG levels for admission. Any pilots who meet our requirements, bring them to my attention!



Personnel Transfers:

- Avenger houses 7 Pilots:

Standards for new Pilots are at 500 FCHG and 35 CR! No exceptions!
Peh will be transferring to the reserves, pending FO action. I hope that all is well in RL for Peh.





Current Competitions:

- There are currently several competitions running at the Squadron level, the Battlegroup level, and the Fleet-wide level. Avengers should participate in as many of these as possible.

Fleet-wide Competitions:

#ehcoc MP Events Several Multiplayer Competitions take place weekly in #ehcoc. You can find a schedule of competitions at The Combat Office .

The Minos War is being held on Mondays from 1PM-10PM EST, will be moving to Sundays. I, in my guise as COOA, am emailing multiple clubs both reb and Imp-aligned to create a truly HUGE weekly comp with multiple clubs ond multiple platforms. More to come on this soon.
As soon as the database BSF capability returns, the monthly Flight vs Flight comp will begin.




Avenger Competitions:

Avenger Iron Star Competitions Each month Avenger Hosts five Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, Avenger Ace-The Pilot who earns the most Pilot of the Week awards in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
New Flight Names If you can design new flight names, that I like, you will win a Iron Star. Flight One is open for suggestions as well.
Recruitment Avenger Pilots will be awarded a Iron Star Bronze Ribbon for recruiting new Pilots!

CMDR's Thoughts


Pilot of the Week BlackHellKnight! For the second week in a row, I've seen LoCs roll in for BHK. Congratulations!

-I want all MP capable pilots out at this week's XvT WoW. I finished second behind Phantom for most wins last month at 10-4. I'd like to see everybod get at least 10 matches this week and help the EH to finish in the top 10 clubs!

-I have a big fat pile of pilot files from many of you to input the minute we are able to process them again! Iron Star to the next Avenger pilot that hits 2000 FCHG. Don't forget, SP can be flown ANYTIME. Even if you can't make organized MP comps, you can squeeze in a single battle a week. Consider that a standing order.

-I am distressed that we have lost so many pilots to CMDRship (mostly) and 1 AWOL, but we are still the place to place to be for MP. Look around, find those pilots that meet our requirements, and get their names and PINS to me.
