A couple things happened recently so I thought it might be appropriate to report on them...
NEWS
1. News of the week is that we have a new member in Avenger. Please Welcome LT Blackrage who takes up the #2 spot in Flight 3. Word of advice, watch out for Ace and Az... BR (Blackrage) is an XvT/XWA pilot, so that you guys know, and I think he flies the occasional SP... He also has a dirty LT rank, but hopefully we'll be able to take care of that.
2. BR's transfer brings us up to 8 pilots, which is respectable but we still have 2 to go before we get to our magic number. So, as that dude in Return of the Jedi says to Vader "We shall double our efforts!"
3. Imperial Storm IS ON NOW! (remember Archie is on the Sith team, we still love him, but dont love his team, so dont tell him any of our IS secrets). Unlike last time, this IS is full of Combat, or at least we think... Already after the first turn we have engaged in a fight with the Sith Team (Sarin, Gidda, Archie etc...). We will be fighting them for control of Ryloth on Wednesday the 25th at 5PM EST (10PM GMT, 7AM EAST)
4. Sarin (that guy that was COO) was appointed as XO of the EH, big congrats to him. The FO, Cyric has been Pormoted to SA and awarded the MoH for his work in the EH. Congrats to both!!!!
5. XvT WoW has been on since the 20th of MAY, lets get to it people! Remember, use the cosmicdebris server in EV since none of the others will work.
6. Archie won some ladders and such and so he was awarded 2 DFCs and an IS-GW recently, good work!
7. I will be starting up a new Ladder called the "Avenger Squadron Challenge" Ladder. We've been talking about this kind of comp for a while now and here it is. Basicaly, people can challenge any of us and we setup matches and fly them. The winner of this ladder MAY be invited to Avenger. Ladders are at Ladder website: http://coo.emperorshammer.net/ladder/
9. All should take the AMP and MP as well as the FLASH and GFX IWATS courses.
