Another AES Report, aren't these fun, now that my exams are over I should be doing them a lot more regularly...
NEWS
1. Little bit of movement in the Squad, SavAz leaves us for IA testing and Kliv is off to the reserves. Quicky has also been moved to 1-2 to be my wingman.
2. We're down to 7 pilots, 7 is not a good number, so lets get back into recruiting action, we're looking for XvT/XWA MP but also for FW and maybe for someone that can do some SP too (from time to time). I've also been in negociations with the BGCOM about some different kind of recruiting...
3. Imperial Storm will begin soon, Archie is on the Sith team, we still love him, but dont love his team. IS will probably start this comming week, the ASF is set, after some delays and getting a little bit screwed over with our fleet and all, but thats ok. You should all take a look at the fleet list for IS at http://www.btinternet.com/~spellfire/wo_teams.html . We have some pretty good ship names. You can also find the rules and the map on that page. Remember, there should be some XWA Skirmishes and some XvT/TIE SP involved with this comp, I'll keep you informed on the flying oppertunities.
4. LADDERS, there are 3 ASF ladders that just ended or will end today (Archie should be getting an IS-GW for one of the ASF Ladders). There are also three ATF run ladders, anyone can participate and the winners get DFCs. Lets see if we can get one or two DFCs... REMEMBER, THESE ARE REALLY EASY DFCs, since up to date it would seem that no one has flown in them, so lets go in there and win some for AES.
1) XvT Ladder, best placed ATFer gets IS-GW, 2nd place IS-SW, 3rd place IS-BW. Ladder winner gets DFC

5. XvT WoW Starts on the 20th of MAY, e-mail me if you think you'll be able to fly in this WoW, AND I MEAN FLY! We are going to try to have a very strong showing for AES at the next XvT WoW, and I'd like to have as many of you guys there as possible.
6. I'm done exams and all that fun stuff, so you can haras me all you want to fly and such.
7. Ast raided the ASF the other day and took a couple people for some jobs, no one of any importance, really.... he just made Gilad the LO, Yoda the OPS which in turn made Gidda the BGCOM (technicaly our boss, but I like to think of Sarin as my boss too ) AND CF(crim) is now an RA & COM of the Mutt, Congrats to them all... I think....

I almost forgot, MSE Awards came in a while ago but I haven't said anything about them yet, so, here's the list: SS: LC Archangel, CM Kysar Xero, GN Dax Corrin, GN Nightmare, BS: MAJ Tek Selkirk PC: MAJ Ace and CPT Azrael. Extra COO awards were: BS for Dax and SS for me. Congrats to all, sorry it took so long.
12. Az has started a run-on on the AES MB at http://mb.emperorshammer.net/viewtopic.php?t=758 your all welcome to give fiction and role play a shot, I probably will be posting sometime this weekend. If we can keep it in small paragraph format like this, then it shouldn't be too hard.

Flying a couple MP matches, if you can't find anyone, mail me and schedual some matches. Recruiting is in order since our numbers have gone down a bit in recent days, 10 people is the magic number, so above 10 we can go easy but less than 10 pilots we will activly recruit. now go!

FINAL THOUGHTS
I just finished my exams and I think a few of our other HS/College types are in that period as well. Once that is over I believe we can all get back into some good activity, especialy with summer on the way (well, for most of us non aussie people). Imperial Storm is starting soon which means for some good SP and MP oppertunities and I think that the Sov SSL will be starting in a few months as well. Thats it for now, let me know if I forgot anything.
