** NEWS **
SQUADRON
* Sigma Squadron finishes the Sovereign League 2004 in the Quarterfinals for both TIE and XvT platforms. Although we couldn't overcome the Omega and Praetorian Elite Squadrons, making it to the quarterfinals is no less of a feat, as many squadrons don't even make it that far. I'd like to congratulate all pilots of Sigma who participated, and wish the best of luck to the Wing II squadrons that made it to the semifinals.
* Congrats go out to LCM Granite, as he was recently promoted to Flight Member to the Flight Leader of Flight III. Have fun at your new "high and mighty" position.
* As quickly as LT PeeWee joined Sigma, he left just as sudden. For the reason of being an illegal "clone" to another TIE Corps pilot, he was forced to scrap PeeWee. I will not release the name of that pilot, as to protect his true identity and reputation, so don't ask. Those who do know, I ask the same of you to not release it.
* Due to recent events, LT Giovanni Palermo has been temporarily sent to M/FRG Phoenix and is on Reserve status. However, I do expect him back in Sigma Squadron within the month.
* Based on answers from the first Sigma Survey and my own personal preferences, I will now try my hardest to get back into routine and release my Weekly Squadron Report every Sunday of the week. If I fail to do so without forewarning, I give you the permission to harass me only for that week ... ONLY for that week. ;)
* An old friend of mine who served under my command back in Storm Squadron, LT Lah, has contacted me saying he wishes to serve with me again. Since he just came out of the Reserves, he said he will finish up the month in Storm (as to ride out the current ATF competitions) and transfer over afterwards. His arrival is greatly anticipated, as I know he is an active and worthwhile pilot!
* I'd like to add another Sigma Squadron Position ... Squadron Ambassador (AMB). This position deals with relations between our squadron and other squadrons or groups. Such duties are finding allies (squads), sorting out broken relations, and setting up squad vs. squad competitions. Of course, he must relate to the Commander on what he is doing. I bestow this position to LCM Shinobi. You can view the other positions and holders in the Sigma Library on our page. Check it out!
OTHER
* As CPT Ras Kronar was declared MIA, CM Zeth Durron becomes the new CMDR of Psi Squadron. May he have good fortune during his time as Commander, and may he always be able to BSF my files :P
* CPT Viper has recently stepped down from the Commander of Rho Squadron and moved off to the graveyard of TC pilots ... the Reserves. CM Dweezil has somehow indirectly declared himself A-CMDR, but the CMDR spot for Rho is currently open to application.

1.) Head over to the Sigma Squadron website and answer the new Sigma Survey Question(s) found in the 'Standing Orders' section.
2.) I'm making it mandatory that everyone in the squadron have a uniform on their database profile. Make sure that you get that out of the way soon! If you're not sure how to upload one, ask me or MAJ Tempest, since he is the one who specializes in that area.

First phase - groups. They all get plotlines and create battles. Best battles win and they proceed. Next round is cup style and there can be only one :)
