**  NEWS  **

SQUADRON

*  Epsilon vs. Sigma results are in. After two hard fought weeks of flying, the scores were turned in to the Commanders of both squadrons. The final tally for each squad came out to be very, very close, with one squadron coming out on top of the other only by 329 points. So without further to do:  SIGMA WINS WITH 84,185 POINTS TO EPSILON'S 83,856. I'd like to congratulate the pilots from both squadrons for a job well done. Just because you felt the winds of defeat once, Epsilon, doesn't mean that you have to give up trying. You are a tough squadron, and I know that you will be a worthy opponent to whoever you fly against!

*  Further results and achievements from Epsilon vs. Squadron are as follows:

1.) The highest score holders for each division will be awarded an IS-BW for their efforts.

            - TIE Division:  LCM Mateusz of Sigma (31,355)
            - XvT Division:  CM Brin Chaser of Epsilon (54,248)

            - XWA Division:  LCM Granite of Sigma (23,588)

2.) There was 100% participation in this competition on Sigma's part. Great job, boys!

*  I'd like to welcome SL PeeWee to Sigma Squadron. May you enjoy your time in the TIE Corps, and learn to fly at the best of your abilities.

*  Just to let everyone know, I will be taking a Leave of Absence from June 28 – July 4 (going to camp in Michigan). During that time, I'll leave the Assistant Commander, LCM Mateusz, in charge of Sigma. Good luck to all!

*  It seems that LCM Granite, our squadron ["Mad"] Doctor, has started to move into his new office onboard M/CRV Axis. Don't forget to drop in and say hello. So, you know what that means .... CHECKUP!
