Weekly Squadron Sarcasm

From the Commander's Office

Squadron activity remains at a consistant level. I'm very pleased with the activity I've recieved in my inbox, which is quite a wide variety, I assure you. I've gotten battle submitions, trivia, IWATS, and Legion of Combat notifications, along with some various other medals (OPS finally woke up). Nice job.

New to the squadron is Major Keiran from the ISD Colossus. Already he has shown great productivity and loyalty to the squad and Wing. Keep up the excellent work, Keiran.

Again, I now recieve all database confirmations of everything (IWATS, BSFs, Medals, Combat Awards, you name it). There is no need to e-mail me with any confirmations anymore, thus saving my crappy Hotmail account from exploding.

I still want to see trivia questions on my desk before the end of the competition (the 29th). This is an easy shot at fifty points for yourself, the squad, and the Wing, so get to it. Sometime this weekend I will be sending Battle assignments and the like to your inboxes, so watch out for that.

Wolfpack News

With Keiran's arrival, Wing XIII boasts an impressive sixty-eight (68) members. This is twenty more than any other ship in the fleet, and is quite an acomplishment. After Supremacy Comp VI, I will be letting people join the squadron again so we can fill up this ship.

Our ship website, ISD Grey Wolf.net, contains updated point totals for both individual and squadrons. Crusader is fighting Tartarus for 3rd place on the ship (we're only a handful of points behind). Perhaps when trivia, fiction, graphics, etc. and the like are added, we'll pass them. Keep flying!

Fleet News

Before he could be fired, Admiral Darksaber resigned as Battlegroup Commander of the Aggressor Strike Force. I won't "throw mud" (Cyric 17), but Vice Admiral Khadgar is the new leader of the ASF. Extremely well deserved.

A bunch of XvT-FREE missions were fixed by the Tactical Office. Of course, we all know better than to fly FREE missions, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

Colonel Locke Setzer is the new Wing Commander of Wing VIII. His story is basically that he was Commodore of some other TCBG ship, went MIA, got removed, and is now a Flag again. Great stuff.

Again, I do not want you ruining your social lives for this comp. Then again, you've all been basking in considerable luxary for the past several months, so I guess it all checks out. If you have the chance to get smashed or fly TIE-TC whatever, you better damn go get trashed. That's an order.

Squadron Citations Corner

Crusader Squadron currently has 62 citations. With fifteen points a citation, we're racking them in hand over fist ... keep it up! We have gained thirty (30!) citations since SC:VI began. Good work!
