Evening Gents,
Welcome to this week’s Avenger Squadron Report!
As for news, there isn’t much to say, mainly that I
saw, spoke to and tried to fly LC Girth Snail this
weekend on IRC, this means that we are currently at 4/5
in contact, which is better than last week. I also saw
Lonestar on IRC a few times and received a few e-mails
from Az; so overall, it’s been a better week.
Now that the first step of our reconstruction is nearly
complete we should be looking towards our next
objectives which are, in no particular order:
augmenting our activity and recruiting.
Now activity ain’t to hard, for this week I am asking
that you fly minimum one combat sortie, I’m not
requesting that you even win your match, but that you
at least fly one that is reported to the COO. For
those of you who have XWA, there is also XWA WoW that
is on right now until Friday. I’d very much like to
see us becoming a force in WoWs again
IDEA: Outer Rim War II – I’m pretty sure it’s still
going on, but we are no longer participating in it. So
if you guys are interested in trying to get back in
that multiclub competition, I could have a chat with
the COO, LA and FC… see if I can get something going.
FLs: Here is how it’s going to work – FL2 (2-1) will be
the Squadron XO, FL3 (3-1) will be one of the best
pilots in the squadron, with a good balance of skill
and high activity. The difference: if you want to be
FL3 you will be able to submit a challenge to the
current FL3 and myself. If I approve your challenge
then you and the FL3 will square off in a best of 3 1v1
MP series, the winner will be the next FL3. If there
are no challenges then the FL3 stays where he is. This
is to create a little more friendly competition within
the squadron, but if you guys are against this Idea,
then let me know and I can modify or eliminate it.
~ORDERS~
Suggestions are needed for new candidates for positions
in AES. Therefor, your mission for the week, if you
choose to accept it (and you will >: - | ), is to
contact myself and give me a few names and PINs of
people to be considered for membership in this
Squadron. Not that hard, not hard at all, hell, monks
and even COMs can do that. So hit reply and give me
some suggestions and don’t be afraid to hit reply-all,
so that we can discuss these suggestions.

faith in you and in this squadron, so don’t let us
down. Avenger can become the greatest group of people
online, respected and envied by all, but for that to
happen we not only need to work together but support
one another. So stay dedicated and keep your heads up
because we’re going to do it.
