Welcome back boys and girls, to yet another Avenger Squadron Report, there are a lot of things that happened in the past few days so lets jump in!

1. Congratulations to all for we have been named ASF Escort Squadron for 2005. We totaly blew the "competition" away, with the second placed Squad well over 5000 points behind. Here is a breakdown of the final scores(AES in Bold Blue):

Out of all the categories, we won one (Flash), Archie also came in second for Web Design and Sav came in third for SP flying (with nearly 800 missions flown). Although we did not place anyone in the top three, we did have 4 in the top10, which is more than any other Ship. We truely were a team for this competition, with only 2 people scoring under the magic number, and everyone else pulling their weight. Our Citations total alone is a testament to the hard work, dedication and above all, teamwork, that we displayed during SC. Times like these, when everyone comes together to achieve a common goal, make me proud to be in a great Squadron such as this one. You must all remember, it is not just the name which makes this squadron elite, but those few who bear that name that make Avenger Squadron what it is and what we are. Congratulations once again Avengers, we did it!

2. Unfortunatly, MAJ Praetorian and LC Girth Snail left for the reserves because they could no longer maintain the standard required to remain in AES, they will be missed. FL2 won't be open for apps until further notice.

3. You may all put "ASF Escort Squadron - SCVII Squadron Champions" in your ID lines/MB Signatures. Also, you can all take a week or two off flying if you wish, you all deserve it.

4. Flight 2 was the top scoring Flight during SC and so they won themselves an IS-BW each. Also, Dax and Quicky both won an IS-BW for beating me at MP a couple times, there's one on the way for Az too... I've started to work on the post-SC MSE so you should all expect some fancy new toys in the mail in a week or two.

5. XvT WoW is on NOW and XWA WoW starts this friday: you must download the latest Zone replacement client at http://ccanuk.brinkster.net/xvt/redist.zip Just unzip it in a folder and click on “Sample.exe” GL&HF to all that participate.

6. Aggressor Skirmish Night will once again happen this saturday at 12:00GMT (7:00PM EST) (11:00 EAST... I think)
