NEWS

On Saturday of the last week we got a new guy in our lines, so welcome again CPT Corran Halcyon !!! With his arrival we are now, finally, up to 12 pilots ! That’s awesome !

We also picked up a fight with Philo’s guys, the Yod ones, read more in the competitions part.

Other news from the Challenge ! COL Kerrigan resigned from the CMDR position of Cyclone and stays as FM, so the spot is currently open, but applications aren`t taken at the moment :)

In the meanwhile the other Squadrons got also new arrivals, we welcome them aswell :)

CPT Badlan released his final part of the ‘phoon Squad chronicles, enjoy reading it, I will read it sometimes this weekend in a quiet hour.

Well, we have a full roster now, but we don`t have a full Wing, so the main order is and will be for the next week to RECRUIT !!! My offer still stands, if you recruit a new pilot to the Wing, you get an ISM awarded !

The rest is the same, participate in the Competition and do what you like to do, FLYING :)

Details:
Every Pilot has to write a part for an ongoing plotline that will be used for the creation of a Battle. The plot can be extended to a fiction.

Recruitment Competition

The ones of you, who recruit 1 new member gets an ISM awarded, if anyone recruits more then one member to the Squad or the Wing, just gimme a hint and i will try to get some more shinny thing for you :)


Platform Competition

My old offer still stands, an ISM for completing the first 10 Battles of a Platform ! so you can get a maximum of 3 ISM's for cheap flying, go for it !
(Sidenote, just TIE-TC, XvT-TC, XWA-TC :) )


Squadextern Competitions:

“In Yod we rush >:)”

Details:
Flying comp between Yod and Inferno squadrons. Squadron scores will be averaged over the number of pilots in each squadron (excluding those on leave). Highest squadron average wins. The winning squadron chooses the losing squadron's motto and nicknames for the month of March. IS-BW to the top scorer in each squadron.

Additionel Comments

That makes 3 flying comps, 2 Battles and 1 free mission till the end of February, every week one :) I think that’s a doable task, because that’s also the minimum requirements from the standing orders, and you have the chance to earn a nice shinny thing to add on your uniform to reflect blastershoots ;) Have fun all, and may the best one win !

Alright,

That wasn`t a typical Inferno week, activity level is right low, but at least I got a mail from everyone, so lets kick the afterburners and make it a normal month :)
I expect that you at least take part in the Competitions, they are made for you, and if you don`t like them, let me know, I have absolutely no problem in making a Comp that you like :) Well, I hope that’s clear for all of you. We are now at 12 members, a full roster, we set an example for the wing, and we will continue this way. I need a volunteer from our lines. A so called Combat officer. It will be his task to take care of the citations of the Squadron. You all know, when 50% of the pilots of a Squad completes a Battle, they get a citation. So the Combat Officer’s task will be to take a look at the combats records of each of us, to note down who completed which battle and who else needs to complete the battle to get the citation. That sounds easy, and it is easy, but it is a load of work, therefore, a medal will be awarded, minimum is an ISM, I can`t promise a higher one, but I will try my very best :) If anyone is interested, mail ME !

That’s it for the first week of February, now get in your cockpits and show me that you are pilots ;)
