FLEET NEWS

The new TCC:XvT is LCM The_Z, who will help TAC Striker to review and correct XvT battles.

In a competition between the best pilots of the ISD Immortal (recently named the BG Flagship) and Praetorian squadron, the elites have once more proven that they’re not to be underestimated. The Immortal had to suffer a pretty devastating defeat there.


WING NEWS

With the promotion of VA Jarak to BGCOM, RA Andron (remember the Scottish sissy? :P) has been promoted to Commodore of the ISD Relentless.


SQUADRON NEWS

First off, we lost another of our little sheep to a busy uni schedule... farewell to LCM Talon Drear, who will hopefully rejoin as soon as he passed his first semester and found out that hard work hardly every pays off anyway,... especially in uni :P

But, while we were down to 8 pilots at the beginning of last week, we’re now as good as full again! First off, LCM Richlet has announced that he will stay a while longer until his new apartment is secured... then VA Blackbird accepted a demotion to rejoin us as COL Blackbird at Typhoon 1-4, CPT „Sexgod“ Ice rejoined us at Typhoon 2-3, and finally, SL Serpentine has joined us from PLT Daedalus and will certainly bring some fresh air to the squadron :) Welcome to all of you!

LCM Elwood the Brave has taken the time to design a homepage for flight 3! Now we have homepages for all flights :) Check it out at http://home.t-online.de/~Markus.Friebis/index2.html, and flight 3 guys, please help Markus in adding your info to the page :)

Oh, yeah. My email address :P While my internet access via ngi seems to work just fine, their mailserver doesn’t seem to like me quite as well. So I decided to finally use my tiecorps.org account and changed my email addy to callista@tiecorps.org. But please remember, muehn005@mail.uni-mainz.de will always work, if anything ever fails again.


SQUADRON STATUS

First, the good news. In our competition against Stalker Squadron, we had 7 reports of nine (back then) possible, which wasn’t all as bad as I’d expected, got a score of 438962, thus had an average of 48774. Stalker squadron, with 5/7 reports, scored 118453 and got an average of 16922. Now what does that tell us? We rule!!! :P Thanks everyone for participating!

The not-so-good news for this week is that we’ve only had 2 reports for CR 14. That’s pretty sad, but then I didn’t fly this time either, so I can’t really tell you off this time :P Please please please make sure you’ll have enough free time to fly for the SL Finals, they’ll be top priority for the next couple of weeks!

We did have a monthly squadron competition as well, but only 2 participated, CM Ahkliat and LCM Elwood the Brave. LCM Elwood got the higher laserless score, so he’ll be awarded an ISM shortly.

We won’t have another monthly squad comp until the SL Finals are over, nor will I accept any squadron challenge until then. I want you all to concentrate on the Finals and do your best. However, if anyone of you thinks he’s good enough to challenge LC Corran Horn of Tornado for the Ace Title of the Challenge, please contact VA Jarak about it :)
