FLEET NEWS

The new Science Officer (SCO) is MAJ Kermee. Along with his new position, he has been promoted to Rear Admiral.

The 2 new Tactical Coordinators are TCC:TIE Admiral Zsinj and TCC:XvT Major Klick Sabre.

VA Bargon (r_bargon@hotmail.com) is the new Naval Corps Commander.

A couple of Commendations of Loyalty will be given out on August 21st... WC Darklord will select 3 pilots of the Challenge, so you better start behaving! :P

Also on August 21st, GA Ronin will award a ship with, well, the ‘Fleet Commander’s Own‘ award!

WING NEWS

Congrats to Inferno Squadron for beating Alpha and Psi Squadron in a competition!

CMDR/COL Manitsas has been promoted to the new ship doctor for the Challenge.


SQUADRON NEWS

Yay, we’re WC’s Own for July! Quote: “Typhoon have made an excellent showing in both phases of ECR so far and are in fact leading the squadron competition! They haven't been doing too badly in Sov SL too ;) Typhoon have managed to bring themselves back up from an all-time low recently which has made me very happy so they certainly deserve this honour!“ (WC/MAJ Darklord)

Congratulations to Morgan T’kon for making full Lieutnant!

Hm, I’ve only had one single tiny application for the Flight Leader position of Flight III... are you sure you don’t want it? :P I’ll wait another 2 days to see if anyone of you applies, if not, the new FL shall be announced.

Another yay! LCM Elwood is back and finally got his TIE working! :P

And we have another squadron citation! Namely for battle 110, everyone thank Flech for flying it! :P


SQUADRON STATUS

Squadron League: Fly TC 77 until August 15th! We’re still well up in the top ten, but I know we can still do better, and with everyone of you able to fly, I want to see 12 tfrs!

Exercise Cantina Run: Phase 3 is over as far as submissions are concerned. We submitted 3 battles (Domi’s and 2 of mine) and 2 Free missions (Vexie’s and Ahkliat’s, mine wouldn’t work ;/ ) for consideration for the quality phase! Please prepare for the final phase of ECR, the TIE Flying, we need to be up to full power for this! This will start on Saturday/Sunday!

If you want to, participate in this month’s Battlecry competition and fly FREE-TIE 94 Destroy Rebel Morale Event until August 19th and send it to me!

Remember our monthly squadron competition! You’ve all been assigned your respective battles, so start flying and submit your tfrs until August 31st!
