It is with great sorrow and regret..... I mean joy and pleasure that I
welcome CPT Bret K'Thraz back to Yod Squadron. While he is indeed an Ewok
lover and all around pain in the neck, he is a great pilot so we'll keep him
around for a bit I suppose. Anyway, Doc Starfire, go get Bret's old bed out
of quarantine because he'll be needing it.
Hehehehe... just kidding Bret. Welcome back!
***SL Playoffs***
I have received submissions for the Squadron League Playoffs from myself,
LCM Starfire, and LT Red Fox. Both GN Ricardo and myself need your
submissions for Free TIE 133 either today or tomorrow. There are a couple
of you that are close to being moved to the Reserves. As I said a few days
ago, Yod is no place for inactive pilots. The SL Playoffs will be a good
chance for you to redeem yourselves. I expect *all* of you to fly it.
***Citation Comp***
There are a few of you that are flying very regularly for the Citation Comp
and I thank you for it. I did receive notification this week that the
Training Office has approved it so we will continue. It has been two weeks
so it is time for me to assign a new battle. I have chosen a battle that
none of us have flown yet: TC TIE 30 (attached). It is a nice, short,
4-mission battle. Remember that you can still go back and fly TC TIE 79.
Also remember that I must receive a submission for each battle assigned
during the three-month period in order for you to receive an ISM. See the
Yod website for more details.
***Swat the Flies***
None of us have flown the Swat the Flies mission. I plan to fly it either
today or tomorrow. I hope that you all will do the same. Be sure to send
it to both myself and GN Ricardo. If you need the mission, please let me
know and I'll send it to you.
