"Well," he thought, "Tiran must still be out on his test flight." Tiran Marr had just joined Theta as his second in command, coming from Rho as the Flight 3 Leader, something Doc shared with Theta's newest pilot. Doc had encouraged him to get some flight time in with the Defender as the Commander was all to aware of adjusting to the dorsal wing (something he himself had sheered off more than once).
"Lauren, meet me outside of my office please," Doc said as he keyed his comm unit, calling for Theta's Crew Chief, a very skilled Ugnaught. Just a few moments later, Doc saw her emerge from behind the row of Defenders, "What can I do for you, Commander?"
"I wanted to do a quick once over of the fighters before the new month begins. You have a couple minutes?" Doc asked.
"Happily." came her monotone response. That was about as cheery as he had ever heard an Ugnaught.
The pair had just begun their inspection when Rho's Commander, Major Westric Davalorn,, and service droid, Nix, appeared from behind Doc's Defender.
"Hey Dav, hey Nix," Doc greeted the pair, "What brings you to this side of the hangar?"
"Just helping Tiran get settled in," Dav replied, both hands behind his back. "Sorry, don't really have time to talk." The Rho pair quickly moved past the Theta pair; Mix exposed his shock prod and zapped it once in the air in Doc's direction. This shocking action gave Dav a chance to move his hands from behind his back to his front as they passed.
As soon as the Jolly Rhogers were out of earshot, Doc turned to Lauren and said, "I'm gonna need you to do a thorough once over of my craft, I think Dav had my shield generator!"
The Warrior and Sin Squadron welcome Captain andr3, as Sin Squadron's newest Commander. He has come to the Warrior from the Hammer, stepping up to fill the spot that SkyShadow retired from. Next time you see andr3 in the Cantina, make sure to congratulation him on the position and make him feel welcome (may I suggest buying him a drink)!
As for the squadron, Colonel Wolfverine has been promoted in some of his other endeavors for the benefit of the Empire. However, due to this exciting news, it means our Colonel has chosen to
step down to Flight Member from his role as Squadron Executive Officer. I wish him the best on his new adventures and am pleased he will remain among the illustrious ranks of Theta!
With that news, we are welcoming Lieutenant Commander Tiran Marr who was serving as Rho's Flight 3 Lead (my former position before taking command of Theta). Many of you have already made him feel welcome, and I look forward
to what we can accomplish for the benefit of the squadron, ship, and Empire with him as our XO!
XWA time trials!! The TIE Corps is looking for pilots to play the role of “Red Team” in upcoming war games. To demonstrate marksmanship and flying prowess, pilots will fly an A-Wing to complete the “Crazy Eight” course in the X-Wing Alliance “Pilot Proving Grounds.”
After the engagement with the Ishtari at Tusorix, the entire fleet is going through maintenance. So much maintenance that even the pilots are being asked to complete work! Just have to watch out for any rogue Ishtari hanging around! Play as many games of Among Us as possible. While playing as a crewmate on any map with at least one other TC pilot, complete as many tasks as possible while remaining alive.
Conundrums in Hyperspace: A Logic Puzzle Series
To help you keep your wit sharp and your skill in hyperspace navigation up to snuff as an elite pilot of the TC, a series of devious logic puzzles will be provided to you, one each month, for a total of four months. These puzzles will require logic, deduction, creativity, and careful observation. One puzzle will be posted at the start of each month, with varying themes of (Star Wars) space travel.

Commander's Office
Activity for the squadron in terms of number of missions flown from Theta pilots this month was very impressive; this also includes a handful of pilots who flew in and won the 4v4 Dogfight tournament earlier this month! The final numbers will be included in my next report to come for the last month of the Imperial Year. I am sure many of you have plans for shore leave, but please feel free to reach out in Theta chat if you will be flying and would like to group up. I have a couple of competitions in the works to look forward to, so keep your eyes peeled!
