Welcome Thunder Pilots to this week's report!

G'Day Thunder,
Another week gone by, and it's starting to get way too quiet. This includes myself as Work is starting to get intense the closer it is to Christmas. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as RL should always take priority, but I do hope to see an improvement soon to us getting involved in more competitions and activities within EH.

I would also love to welcome our newest pilot who already achieved his LT bars, LT Artificial. Welcome to the squad, we are glad to have you aboard.

We are still down a few pilots and would like to remind you that there is still opportunity to recruit others into the fold. Remember that every successful recruitment is a Medal of Instruction awarded to you and we all know how much we love shiny medals.

Not much time left in the Legion's Challenging Time Trials competition I am running and it is certainly heating up big time, with 2 pilots of the Challenge actually getting times lower than 3 minutes, Can anyone in Thunder do better? Competition details down below.

Remember to keep up communication at least if nothing else during this Holiday season, we have a couple of pilots who had left for the reserves for the very reason of needing time. If you feel like you need that time as well, please let your Flight Leader, or myself know ASAP.

I want to start making it a habit to have bi weekly meetings starting this coming New Year. Lots of changes are coming and I want to prep the squad for these changes

To Flight Members:
If you are still a LT for over a month, I ask why? The TCCORE test is available to all and does not take up much time at all, and I am here to help you should you require it. This course is mandatory if you want further promotions within the Corps.
