Introduction

Welcome to another awesome Gamma Report!

Results for Gamma vs. Delta are already in the hands of Delta CMDR Gilad Pellaeon. Once he has confirmed no errors in the results, we’ll release it and make the due recommendations. I apologize for this taking so long…somehow the TC has become too slow in handling these matters.

Effective immediately, we are starting a new competition. It is a simple flying competition, where we are to fly TIE-TC 244: Lord of the TIEs, by LC Tempest. We have two weeks to fly the battle for the best score possible. Laserless scores apply. The prize for this competition will be the regular Iron Stars, and a special bonus: the top scorer will have the chance of going up against a special pilot, one of the best ever, in a 1v1 competition. One rule, tho…to be eligible for the 1v1 match, the top scorer must write a review of the battle on the Emperor’s Hammer website!

Don’t even think about not participating in this…go fly TIE-TC 244, and take your best shot at it…2 weeks to fly a battle will grant you lots of opportunities to squeeze every point you can out of this battle, and it’s definitely a battle worth flying!

I’d like to highlight the flying performance of MAJ Elwood the Brave. He has submitted more pilot files in these couple weeks than I have in the entire time I’ve been Gamma CMDR. Great work, Woody!!

Awards: Iron Star-Bronze Ribbon for the top scorer. Additional IS-BR for each pilot who beats the CMDR’s score. The chance to go up against one of the best of all time (must write a review of the battle to be eligible).
Description: Simple competition: Fly TIE-TC 244 – Lord of the TIEs for the best LL score possible.

Description:
Gamma and Delta Squadrons will be engaged in a competition that will last four weeks. The first 3 weeks will have 3 assigned missions (TIE, XvT and XWA) and the last week will have a TIE battle assigned. Scoring will be as follows: Each free mission assigned: Participation: 5 points Top Scorer: additional 10 points 2nd: additional 6 points 3rd: additional 3 points Participation in all missions assigned for the week: additional 5 points Last week's Battle: Participation: 25 points Top LL Scorer: additional 50 Points 2nd: additional 30 points 3rd: additional 15 points So, let's say pilot John Doe flew all missions in a week, but was not on the top 3 for any of them, he would get (3*5)+5 = 20 points for that week. On the other hand, say SL Lunatic flew only the TIE mission, but got the best score, he would be awarded 5+10 = 15 points. Squadron Overall score shoud be the sum of all it's pilot's scores.
