Since last time, the roster is up... 18? Is that that right? Yowza. That's mostly from Firebird and Kappa coming together, big thanks to everyone involved in pulling everything together so quickly. We're only a few pilots away from needing to open another squadron again, next up would either be Delta or Gamma over on the Hammer.

Speaking of the Hammer, the interview process for the applicants for Hammer COM is underway. Two have replied so far and they've both given the TCCS a lot of good stuff to read through.

Knowing that we've got two more open CMDR positions coming up soon, we're always looking for volunteers for those roles. If you're interested in being a CMDR, please let me know. And go take Squadron Management 5 if you haven't already, that'll give you a good idea of what to know about being a CMDR.

It's time for our annual Lord of the TIEs event, now operating under the name All I Want For Life Day (Is My Platinum COMPOST Membership Card). Last year's winner was LC Rando with an outstanding score of 227,230. Can anyone top that? Not me for this battle, that's for sure. Full details in the database here.

I'm told that promotions are being pretty well covered in other reports, so I'll spare everyone some redundancy and skip that section in my reports.

The Raise the Flag event each year confers three titles to recognize the top ship, squadron, and individual pilot from the competition. These are the current holders of those titles.

• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Running TIE Corps in Battle (took a break for RtF) and Everyone's a Critic
• Posting news to the feed in the database (sometimes)
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual updates - Living document style, no big revisions that take a while to come out
• Fleshing out the New Members Guide in the Wiki
• Chatting with the IO about stuff we need or would like to see in the new database
• Learning to be a responsible database code collaborator from the IO, AD Turtle Jerrar (thanks!)
• Updating the list of gamertags in #online-ids in Discord

• Removing the Max Rank bonus column from MSE spreadsheets
• Q&A with the HamCOM applicants
