Welcome to this week's report, pilots. The big news this week is a set of triple promotions for Flight III pilots Griggs D’Arc, JetMech, and Frenchie6. Congrats, Lieutenant Commanders! It always makes me happy to recommend a promotion, and I'm pleased with how many Rho pilots are earning those promos right on the limit of their time-in-rank.

The Empire's Wrath XvT tournament continues this week, and six Rho pilots are taking part. I had a fun and close matchup with COL Silwar Naiilo, who patiently helped me figure out my multiplayer gremlins. Thanks again, Colonel!

Looking at Rho's activity this week makes me very happy, pilots. Six Rho pilots are flying in the Empire's Wrath XvT Tournament. Four of us got together to fly last week. We're continuing to threaten for TCiB and getting called out on the COO's report emails—plus a mention in the new TIE Pilot Podcast. I've had some great chats with Rho pilots this week, too.

I like where we're going, Rho. Let's keep it up.
