The September MSEs should be well underway... I’m hoping, since we’re halfway through the second week of the month. We’re bound to have a particularly heavy set of medals to award this round with RtF‘s surge of activity and all. I think I might have flown enough to earn more than an ISM this month myself! ;)

Slow news week otherwise, especially with Pete preoccupied in RL, Silvius wrapping up his tour of duty, and the MSEs still being written. TC chat in Telegram has been pretty strong. Episode IX trailer should be out within the next couple of weeks, that’s sure to stir up some conversation (but not on the mailing list, please!).

With increasing information coming out about Episode IX, we’re trying to avoid posting any potential spoilers to the mailing list and general comm channels so that folks who want to go into the movie with a blank slate can do that. If you’d like to join the spoiler chat group in Telegram where we’re sharing anything we’ve found, let me know.

If you complete a new Imperial University course, you'll notice that your EH database profile gets updated automatically but not your TC database profile. The latter are updated manually by me and the TCCOM, please give us a day or two after your test is graded for the new course to appear in your TC profile before you email us about it.

DONE:

• Filed and processed a lot of RtF competition medals
• Played a number of rounds of the new EABF2 Co-Op mode, finally got the last weapon and upgrades for the Officer class (what a slog that was compared to the other classes!)
• Built redo trivia for somebody who pressed Enter a little too early...

IN PROGRESS:

• Commodore Volume 6 - putting together the RtF submissions and the fiction we’ve seen prior to RtF
• Starting email threads with each CMDR and their COM to close the feedback loop on evaluations - Alpha, Delta, and Epsilon are live
• Improving promotion tracking in the MSE spreadsheets

ONGOING:

• Trivia Grand Tour Season Four
• Approving awards, competitions, and uniforms, correcting submissions as needed
• Keeping track of CoB eligibility

PENDING:

• Taking TM/3
• Updating SM to SM/5
• Title review for anything that awarded a title that isn’t reflected in the database yet
• Clarifying and documenting CMDR expectations - to be added to Pilot Manual?
• Competition resource - what we’ve done before to serve as a pool of ideas for what we can do next
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual update - holding at a few pages updated
• September MSEs
