This past week the Command Staff has had an opportunity to discuss ways to improve the Emperor's Hammer and each other's specific offices. Several of my peers gave advice and good natured comments on how I could improve the COO. I took these comments to heart and have implemented almost every single piece of advice that was given to me. The first, part is revamping my plain reports with my former report format. The rest of the changes are listed in the news.

**Of particular interest I have updated the Rules Page on the Combat Operations Website to include a limit on the number of matches you can fly the same person. All pilots are limited to flying the same person to 3 matches per day, per platform. Thus, you can fly an opponent 3 times in one day in XWA, XVT, and FW for a total of 9 matches. On top of this policy, you may not fly the same opponent more than 30 times in one month. Any matches flown past this total, will not be counted for LoCs.

The Ladder system is still being worked on. We are moving fast to have it operational. Be patient.
