First off, the EH vs NRN competition is completely set up, and will be starting on September 14th, full details will be posted on TC.org before the end of the weekend.

Next, the Combat Operations Manual is complete, it's only waiting on approval from you guys, so get on that! :P As soon as you approve it, i'll upload it to www.ehcoc.net/manual, but I've been awaiting final approval.

Now we have another new compeition! Major Strahd has launched the Vanguard Shield Compeition, to take place on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm EST, right before Zone Sunday. All compeitions are on the combat calendar, http://www.tiecorps.org/combat/calendar.asp.

Finally, we welcome Colonel Miackus to the Combat Operations Staff, as he is now the permenant host for the Greenwich Wolf Competition.
