FA Cyric reporting in for the Flight Office on 10/23/04 With the retirement of AD Proton, I have chosen GN Stele Pallaeon as the new SOVBGCOM. GN Stele has been a long and active member with the SOVBG. I feel that he will be able to lead the Sov with the same intensity and resiliency as AD Proton had, and will continue to lead for some time. With that GN Stele is promoted to the rank of VA and given the duties if BGCOM. Congrats Stele! AD Mell will be staying on as TIEBGCOM until he has completed a few things he started. No applications will be accepted for this position at present time. JTL: This platform is slated to hit stores next week! In looking over the game, playing beta, and talking with a few members I feel that the best course of action would be to change the designation of one squadron per BG to a JTL squadron. The CMDR would need knowledge of SWG for this squadron. During the next week I will tyr to write some protocols for this. AD Sarin is looking into awarding of LoC's for activity (combat) Recently there has been several members who have been removed from your rosters because they have been found out to be rDB members. There has been a lack of notification to the BGCOM's in this area. This is partly my fault. I get word from the SO or HCI and remove them I do know that the new SO is sending out notification to the BGCOM when I get it. Any mention of rDB membership is automatic suspension, so if you get this notice, it should come as no suprise that the member was removed. Also if a member was removed and you notice that their profile was suspended, chances are this is the reason. Thats all from the Flight Office... In Service...
