FA Cyric reporting in for the Flight Office for the week of 10.15.04.

My apologies for the lateness of this report, and for not sending it to the entire CS staff. Hopefully, I will only be houseless for one more month and can get back to my "normal" routines then. The only effect this has had has been that I have been a little slower on replying to mails. All processing is being done by myself and AD Reaper.

It is with sad heart that I announce the resignations of AD Proton SOVBGCOM, and AD Mell TIEBGCOM. AD Proton has served as SOVCOM for over two years, and has maintained a level of professionalism unparalled. AD Mell, well he's Mell, you all know him! :) Mell will be staying on for at least another month or so. AD Protons successor will be announced this weekend.

The ISD Predator has a new WC in Maj Keller! Congrats.

The EH also has a new Security Officer in Vlad (minkin@charter.net). He has been very hard at work, catching up on some cases. There has recently been an influx of members who are also rDbers. They are being dealt with. I'd like to remind everyone that the policy is, automatic suspension/ban from the TC. No trial,and no questions asked.

I would also like to remind everyone of the CoC's concerning mIRC. Follow the code of conduct, and the AoW's concerning all on line communications (not just mIRC). I am the owner of #tiecorps and though I am unable to maintain a prolific online prescence, I do hear about transgressions. They are dealt with, and my policy is once you get slapped (depending on the crime), twice you are banned, thrice you are banned for life (or until the HCI and SO determine otherwise).

The TC is undergoing some changes in BGCOM's and I think that this a very exciting time for us. Things are on the move with FreeWorlds and with the emminent JTL release.so

Also notice that I have not been including my EH CS TASK list. I have completed these with the exception of "Improving the Image". I will begin in ernest on this last task once I am settled.
