I recently posted a reminder to all FW players that their clones are to have different e-mail addresses than those of their existing profiles. Please make sure that everyone has done this if they are in your BG.

AD Reaper will be handling more of the processing for me during the next couple of weeks while I have my house worked on. I will still be able to check mails etc, just not as quickly as I have in the past. Please CC Reaper with everything mailed to me, so one of us will get the requests done.

IMPSTORM News: Currently there have been no battles! As of Sept 23rd, here is what has happened: Sov Team now Holds 1 Planet, ATF Team Holds 1 Planet, ASF Team Holds 1 Planet, TCBG Team Holds 3 Planets.

The OPS has requested that medal requests follow a certain format. As seen from the news page:
all MSE medals MUST include quantitative data, such as battles completed, multiplayer activity, IWATS completed, communications activity, and medals awarded to the pilot in that month.
I will no longer approve a MSE medal if it doesn't include the medals awarded to the pilot that month and at least the general purpose of that medal being awarded. I want to cut down on double-awarding. Please note that what I'm specifically looking for are competition medals, web design medals, and things along those lines.
Competition numbers must be included with every Iron Star medal recommendations. There are no exceptions to this rule.
No merit medal may be awarded for any competition.
Commendations of Bravery are to be awarded immediately after a pilot completes 30 missions. Any pilot who does so may request their CMDR to award this medal. This is not out of line, it's just making your CMDR aware that you have completed the required number of missions.
So, the ideal medal recommendation would look something like this:

Awarded To: CMDR/CPT Forrest Gump/Alabama/Wing X/ISD Virginia
Recommended By: COM/LT Dan/ISD Virginia
Reason: Battles Completed:

MoH for efforts in combat over the past six months.
IS-GW for winning the Battlegroup Ping Pong Championship.

CM Forrest Gump has been a great commander. He flew many battles this month as well as took many IWATS. Unfortunately, he has to step down as commander due to RL in the next week or so. For all his activity and for his work as commander, Forrest deserves a Bronze Star!

Another stellar month from one of our best CMDRs. He accumulated 476 points in Top Dawg and that is a great achievement in itself. He maintains all his regular CMDR duties in a timely manner and is one of our best. Run Forrest Run!
