NEWS:

** New Challenge Commodore **

Former Wing X Wing Commander, GN Darklord, has been promoted to ChallCOM and Rear Admiral. Darklord is a veteran of the Ship and is the best choice. Congratulations DL, and good luck! The position of Wing X is still vacant.

** Wing XX WC **

No, the new WC for Wing XX has not been picked yet, so please be patient if you applied for the position.

** Help, I need somebody, help! **

Well, not me. But the War Officer. He's looking for volunteers with previous wargaming experience to help him test out some new rules. Knowledge of TIE Mission creation is also a big plus. If you'd be willing to spare some time for this, then please email Vice Admiral Pel at pel@isd-intrepid.org. Remember, those that help will be generously rewarded for their work!

** Flag Promotions **

I'm pleased to promote two of the TIE Corp's finest today. Both of these Officers have worked tirelessly these past couple of months, without reward to better their ships, and Battlegroup.

Congratulations to Rear Admirals Lohr Zadash (RelCOM) and Toran Dan (ImmCOM) who are hereby promoted to Vice Admiral!

** Rant **

The mind boggles sometimes.

Squadron Commanders: You cannot promote past LT! Any promotions above this MUST be requested by the WC or COM as appropriate.

Silver Stars: Apart from me, the WO and my CA, the only Officers in the TIE Corps that can award this medal is a Battlegroup Commander. Even if this medal is listed as an option in the admin section, if you're not a BGCOM, then you can't award it. So don't try! Don't cry when the OPS Officer mocks :P
