Flag Officer Promotions/Appointments:
This past week so two flag officer changes taking place. Vice Admiral Dras Hempor retired as the COM for the ISD Immortal and transferred to the Reserves. His replacement, selected by VA Adrenaline, has been approved by the Flight Office - congratulations to Rear Admiral Toran Dan!
Also, Lieutenant Colonel Zippy Hawk stepped down as Wing Commander for Wing XV. His replacement came highly recommended, so congratulations to former Echo Squadron CMDR, Major Strahd!
New "Baron":
Congratulations to Commander Night Grue of Eta Squadron, who has achieved the title of "Baron" by achieving the highest number of high scores in the TIE Corps!
XO On Emergency Leave:

New XWA Patch:

EH Summer Bash:
This year's EH UK meeting will be taking place from the 27th of July to 29th in Brighton, South UK. For more information on this, please visit http://quake.idleplay.net/ehsb (and yes, I'll be going :P).
Imperial Storm II:
After a short break following my unexpected leave, Imperial Storm II has resumed play, and its been a very busy turn for all three teams...the following ships arrivals have been detected around planets:
Ruiz: INT Intruder, A/FRG Carlten, B/CRS Gelten, L/FRG Wert, ESC Lincoln and ESC Stennis. The planet will be captured by Flaming Arrow by the end of the next turn.
Stoke: B/CRS Tallerano B/CRS Bogart and T/A Alpha. Also, from TF Doom, the A/FRG Theodore.
Kata: From TF Silver Saber, the INT Inhibitor, and from Doom, the L/FRG Cirque.
This means there will be two battles to be played at, at these two locations. For full details on these (forces, time & place etc), please click here. The last two battles in this wargame have had excellent turn-outs, so please support these battles, and show up.
