Sector Admiral Cyric reporting in for the Flight Office and Tie Corps on 06/02/05 A fairly slow week for the Flight Office, though on Sunday I processed 15 recruits! Excellent work to those who have taken the initiative and recruit and to get the TC and EH mentioned at various magazines and Messageboards. I've created a new message board for the posting of all TC open positions. This being from Commanderspots to Coms. It will be the one place where everyone can go to see whats open, and the requirements. After careful review of all of the applications, I have chosen my new CA. I will first say that there were some very good, very qualified officers who have shown interest in this position. Very important that he now get all the reports as he will be the new report monkey for the Flight Office. Thanks again to all that applied. I'd like to now take this time to speak a little about reports. Most reports coming in are excellent, however, a few that come in, mostly HTML, are difficult to read. Some the font colors make it difficult when combined with a certain color background, or some which are HTML when sent to e-mail hosts that don't allow html mails don't show the text depending on what colors are chosen. Please keep this in mind when send or creating the reports! Imperial Storm So far: Turn 3 in the war-game is now complete with no major events taking place. This is the first turn Teams have been awarded Victory Points for controlling planets. The standings currently are: Sovereign: 8 ASF: 4 ATF: 3 Sith: 3 TCBGs: 2 All information can be found on the War Office site including all the latest casualties and past mission files. FW FCHG points awarding is being hashed out by the TAC, XO, Myself and HA Priyum and we hope to have a system in place for the next revision 1.66 COMM Joey is looking for a COMMA. I am also considering resurrecting the TC BattleCry News Letter. It was also mentioned to me to create a BLOG for the TC where people can enter their stories and give a historical account of how the TC was run during this time period. If anyone has experience in BLOGS please contact myself or AD Proton with the information. I know this report is a little early, I work all weekend and wouldn't get a chance to send it out on time.
