They must be in .htm .doc .rtf or .txt format. Then they sumbit them to TAC for review. Then Phase 2 two starts.    Phase 2: People use plotlines to make battles and then submit to TAC and my CA. Just like before, we will have groups, but this time there won't be free missions division, only battles. We will have 4-6 groups, 4+ people each. First round will be straight combat. 2 people from each group will advance to the next round. Then we will have cup style duel. 1v1. Winner advances, looser leaves. And so on.
