Khadgar attempted to check his new messages.
The screen lingered in the "Checking messages" state, never getting anywhere.
Khadgar opened a panel under the terminal.
He saw some gremlins chewing various cables.
"Looks all right," he said.
(Unfortunately, my mail has been having some problems, which is why I was unable to send this out Saturday.)
Letters from the Cardinal...
This week, the Cardinal tries out "Rise of Nations":
Cardinal here to talk about the new strategy game "Rise of Nations".
Now, an interesting point of this game is the fact that players must advance through ages to successfully win.
To get an edge, I will now move from the Classical Age to the Medieval Age.
*Cardinal clicks the button, and in a short while is upgraded.*
Cardinal, cackling, builds Knights and Horse Archers.
*Suddenly, enemy Tanks and Riflemen move into the Cardinal's city.*

- I had some E-Mail problems this week, but thankfully they're over.
- Darksaber is on leave until the 15th.
- Our Wing Commander was good enough to mention the Grey Wolf Training Night in his report... "The Grey Wolf Training Night is a go! From now on, after each weekly Grey Wolf meeting, there will be 5 high ranked CR people who'll have to be beaten one after the other. The one who scores the most wins will earn an IS-SW , the runner-up will leave with an IS-BW."
- An important Multiplayer news item: The Parallax War will start on the 15th of July. Apparently it has TRA and FES participating, and is held in #Parallax. The important part of this news item is the fact that the COO has decided to cancel all daily competitions during this, until the 1st of August.
