Suddenly, a Star Destroyer was displayed on a small hologrid.
"Ah, yes, the Imperial Star Destroyer Grey Wolf... The ship that houses my nemesis..."
"SL Alfred Tharen?"
"No, no, no... Vice Admiral Khadgar!"
"Ah, of course, Admiral Drakeson, sir.... That's, what, I, uh, meant..."
"Apparently the Grey Wolf is doing quite well in an Aggressor Strike Force Supremacy Competition! Our forces are steadily being defeated... This is unacceptable! We must foil the Grey Wolf!"
"How will we do that?"
"Oh, you'll see, I think it's quite clever."
Vice Admiral Khadgar picked up a datapad which read, "Aggressor Strike Force Competition III, Current Results - From Admiral Cyric."
He read it over carefully:

"What the heck? 'ISD Lollipop'!? Never heard of it!" Khadgar said.

X-Wing vs TIE Fighter Week of War
*Rubs his hands in anticipation*
Yes, that's right, the X-Wing vs TIE Fighter Week of War is now on!
It runs until the 30th... Making it perfect for ASF:SC III! Points will be given for LoCs and DFCs like with other Competitions.
Wing XIII did amazingly in the last one. I was out at this one today, and it looks to be some good fun! Hope to see you all there!
Vanguard Commodore Retires
A good friend of mine, Ender mBind, recently retired from Vanguard Commodore. Admiral Cyric is now excepting applications! The requirements are:
- Must be able to call the Grey Wolf names when ASF:SC III Results come out showing them ahead.
- Must enjoy having limitless amounts of E-Mail, most of which have a due date attached or responce required.
Actually, those aren't the requirements, but it wouldn't hurt to have that last qualification, really. :P
Here are the actual requirements from Admiral Cyric:
"What I request is that all applicants have:
- At least WC experience or better
- Good working knowledge of XvT and XwA
- Have a good understanding of MP tactics and SP tactics
- Have good understanding of SP Missions/battles
- Have a good understanding of the CoC/AoW's/mIRC/Icq
- Must have the ability to be active and administrate the functions of 57 pilots
- Must be friendly and cooperative with all members of the ASF :)
- Good recruitment abilities :)
- Plus the requirements from the Flight Office for the position of COM.

I babbled this week in my "ASF:SC III Comments" mail. :P
Hence, I will use this space to give some ASF:SC III hints:
- 2on2 WoW is a good way to make points. I recommend getting an EH, maybe even Wing XIII Wing.
- Some people appear to recognize the fact that Recruitment is an excellent source of points. The Wing has jumped to nearly 60 pilots, keep it up!
- There are always standard Multiplayer Competition if you can't egt to the WoWs...
- Single Player Missions and Citations are a good way to round out your points...
- Don't forget to send Fiction and Graphics (including uniforms!) to AD Cyric for judging! They ARE worth points!
I set our Wing's goal at 9000-10000 points for the ship and for each person to gain 50-100 new points. This shouldn't be too hard, go for it!
