WEEKLY REPORT

• Introductions: Salute! I am Rear Admiral Khameir Sarin, the new Commodore of the ISD II Grey Wolf. For those of you who do not know me, I have been the CMDR of the Elite ASF Squadron Avenger for the past year. Prior to being Avenger CMDR I served on the Grey Wolf as CMDR of Vortex Squadron, FL in Vortex, FM in Vortex, and FM in Phoenix.
• Over the past year I have served as one of the most active pilots in the Tie Corps in both the MP realm(268 CR) and in the SP realm (1526 FCHG). It is my intention to continue this activity and lead the Grey Wolf from the front. I will not ask any pilots to perform activity that I myself will not do. This formula was successful in Avenger Squadron and it will continue to be successful here.
• WHAT I EXPECT: I expect Activity. I will not set flying requirements on any pilot on this ship, I will just state "You must be active." Activity is to be focused on these areas and in this order: 1. MP 2. SP 3. mIRC 4. IWATS 5. MB Posts/Fiction. The Grey Wolf is a flying ship from this moment on.
• Reports: I have received status reports from Vortex, Phoenix, Odin, Tartarus, and Valkyrie Squadrons. Crusader Squadron owes me a report no later than Tomorrow.
• CMDRs and Wing Commander- Make no mistake about it, everyone of your jobs is on the line. Your positions are the most fundamental in securing success on this ship. I will not except failure or a lack of activity from any of you. The BGCOM has given me free reign to fix the Grey Wolf, you have the opportunity of being here for the fix, or being somewhere else.
• All Squadron message boards are due tomorrow. If your message board is not up by tomorrow, I will ask the IO to set them up. Do not let me do your job for you.
• XVT WoW is taking place right now. Nothing warms my heart more than pilots who fly at the WoW!

• LC Khameir Sarin has become RA Khameir Sarin

• MEDALS: This is one of my favorite areas in all of the Tie Corps. I believe in rewarding pilots for Activity. I believe in over-rewarding pilots for their activity. I believe my Avenger pilots were fond of calling me "Santa Sarin" during MSE medal time. If you fly, I make sure you are rewarded. My complete medal system will be sent out to the CMDRs by Wednesday of this week. !
  

• BGCOM's ASF War Currently this competition is on hold because we have a new BGCOM. VA Darksaber will be selecting new comps that will be listed in this area.
• ASF SCV!!! The next supremacy competition will not be taking place for a long time. So quit asking about it.

• Grey Wolf Iron Star Competitions Each month The Grey Wolf Hosts Six Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, COM's Protector-My personal Ace, Trivia-The Pilot who answers the most trivia questions in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
• Banner Competition This competition awards an Iron Star Bronze Ribbon to the Pilot who creates the best Grey Wolf Banner.
• Recruitment Grey Wolf Pilots will be awarded a Iron Star Bronze Ribbon for recruiting new Pilots!

- The Past/The Future: When I joined the Tie Corps, The ISD Grey Wolf was the most active ship in the fleet. Legendary names such as Brucmack, Vitcarp, Khadgar, and Azazel dominated activity. During this reign of activity, The Grey Wolf was the Flag Ship of the ASF for three consecutive supremacy competitions.

- The days of activity have passed, our legendary names have faded away, and now the pride of our Legendary Ship lays in the hands of you, the current pilots. I for one will not allow this ship to sink into despair and lazyness. From this moment on, I will not accept anything but success.

- Some of you may be concerned that I am going to treat Grey Wolf pilots as I treated my Avenger Pilots. This assumption is absolutely correct. I am going to treat you exactly as I treated my Avenger pilots. I want activity. I demand activity. If you fail to produce you can serve drinks on the Frigate Phoenix to Khad/Vit/Bruc/Az.

- This ship was the greatest Star Destroyer in the Tie Corps fleet. I will not allow anyone to tarnish her name or honor. I do not believe that any of you joined this club in hopes that you could serve on a mediocre ship with terrible CMDRS and a lazy Flag Staff. You joined this club because you wanted to be an active pilot that others viewed as Legends. This ship is the "Home of Legends", will you become one or will you fade away?

- XVT WoW is on now. #ehcoc MP Events are on now. I will be sending a full detailed report on how to compete in each of these events. I expect the majority of you to start flying MP. You will find it greatly rewarding. IF YOU cannot fly MP(and I know there are some of you that cannot) then I expect you to begin flying SP, taking IWATS, and being a strong presence on mIRC.
