Greetings,

sorry for the short delay, I was waiting for some medals to be approved. Of course with a new OPS in place, the well known AD Yoda, this was only a question of minutes.

Special recognition this week are going to

• CM Tim, who got a Silver Star for his "Imperial Alliance"
• CM Brukhar, who claimed a Silver Star for earning 83 Beta Testing Points
• CM Moagim Daar, who was awarded a Bronze Star for his oustanding performance as pliot/wing member since he jioined us

And last but not least, the long overdue MWE awards for march (yes..that took quite a while) were awarded - detailed list below.

Reason given for request: End of Alpha Phase of Imperial Alliance. Timmay started the project and is still responsible for most our craft models, including one mother of a star destroyer! Big thanks on getting us through this first year of the project. :)

Reason given for request: Commander Brukhar has 83 beta points with the Emperor's Hammer Tactical Office! He has earned this silver star. He performs quick, and fairly thorought checks and if not for his beta points, for his speed and reliability as a tester he should receive this medal. Congradulations Brukhar.

Additional notes: The Flying Machine doesn't stop to amaze me. Activity is once again at the top EH level.
Recommendation: I'd like to recommend Moagim Daar to be presented to SovCOM for awading (if stele thinks he deserves something big). If not, PC for humongous activity.

WCs note:
CM Moagim Daar is probably one of the most active pilots in the TIE Corps I`ve ever seen in my 2 years. 
Ever since he joined Wing II he submitted pilot files on a daily basis (3-4 at a time) - right now he completed 160 battles, with a total of 850 missions, holds 7 High Scores, passed 15 IWATS courses, with an excellent score of 91% in avaerage. 
Moreover he tries to participate in every major TIE Corps or Wing/Ship competition, with outstanding success, if I may say so. I definately would like to have many more pilots like him in my wing.

COM's notes:
Daar is a very humble and energetic pilot. He has stepped up to the call of duty for the club and ship and enjoys every aspect of flying, interacting with people, and commanding his squadron. There are few like him in the fleet and he is very deserving of this medal.

With the recent appointments of AD Gilad and VA Pickled Yoda to command staff positions, I will be accepting applications for the positions of ISD GreyWolf COM and ASF BGCOM.

All standard requirements will be adhered too...SM 3, No HCI or Charges against in the last 6 months etc etc.

ASF BGCOM must have held a COM position for at least 3 months.

Iron Mission Creation Results for Match #4
17:26 - AD Frodo
This week we had a 3 way match in light of CM Fahrer's late appearance in the Iron Mission Creation competition. It was between LC Mouse Droid, LC Ric Taldrya and CM Fahrer.

It was a hard fought battle in front of a very large crowd in the #TAC channel which results in the release of XvT Free 184, XvT Free 185 and TIE Free 254.
The winner of the match was Commander Fahrer who, even though arrived 1 hour late managed to create a very very good TIE mission. He will advance to the Semi Finals. The schedual for the semi-finals can be seen here.

Also, the Flying Challenge resumes for this week! the pilot who holds the high score for TIE Free 254 will be awarded the Iron Star!

Freeworlds Update
05:23 - HA Priyum Patel
The new Freeworlds Server is back up and play as resumed. The new server's IP is 209.200.19.44. All characters and previous settings have been restored. One thing that has changed is that all Krath are now on the Empire's Kill On Sight list. Any EHers with Krath characters must suspend use of either Krath or Imperial tags while hostilities exist.

Further, I'll be removing all Eidolon, Argosy and Rapax entries from our user list tonight. If you have not yet created an EH-F or EH-S pilot, now is your last chance. Please email me to get added.

Tactical Competition Update

TIE Free 252 and TIE Free 253 have been released. These are the round #3 IMC missions.

Round #4 of IMC will be taking place this sunday at 14h30 EST in #tac between LC Mouse Droid and CM Fahrer. Be there, or be Square!

Also a public annoucement for Operation Anteater: XvT bugs are no longer...in fact...what is an XvT bug? :P
