Greetings Wing XIX,

BGCOM Judgment for November is finished. We did quite well considering that still too many of you around do nothing but sitting and idling. If only we could get more of you participating guys we could easily win.

Nevertheless we took second place which is good place as well.

I recently was very pleased to see quite increasing participation in the Story of Lancers competitions but... when I thought something is going in right direction I got none participation for last episode and it seems that Episode 5 was simply exception... :(

Come on, it's not so hard to participate in competitions and this is very basic activity.

I want see here a change.
