I've updated the Flight Office Web Page to refelct changes in the fleet, added descriptions to the duties of the Flight Office Staff, Updated the Cadet Placement page to reflect which sqaudrons are in need of pilots, and updated all the links on the useful links page.

- RO Banner Competition
The Recon Office is holding a two-part contest. First part, an EH-Wide banner comp. The banner needs to be in a traditional rectangle-shape, but the exact size I will give some room to work with. This comp will continue thru November 20th, 2004 at midnight.
Now, the second part is voting. I will have the banners set up on a website and, probably through the polling center, have the EH vote on they want to be set up at the booth.
I want everyone to remember, this banner will represent the entire EH at the largest Star Wars convention EVER! This needs to be the best banner we have. I can't emphasize this enough.

- XVT/XWA Single Elimination Tournament
The Combat Operations Office is hosting a Single Elimination Tournament in both the XVT and XWA platforms. All matches will be played 5/5 Host with standard EH MP rules. Each winner will earn a LoC per match, the top three in each platform will win the respective G-S-B Wings, and the winners in each platform will also receive a DFC. 3. An acceptable level of presence in online media, such as IRC, message boards, etc.

5. The ability to work with a wide range of EH personnel, including the Executive Officer and Fleet Commander. Selection Criteria – Desirable1. Proven experience in turning around an aspect of the EH
2. Prior experience in the organisation of large scale competitions and activity events
Initial Work Plan
1. Generation of consistent activity within the Corporate Division.
Addressing the Selection CriteriaWhen addressing the selection criteria, you must supply supporting evidence to back up your claim of meeting the criteria. A generally accepted model is the STAR model, where you outline a Situation, Task, Action and Resolution relating to the criteria. You should meet at least the essential criteria to be considered for the position.ReferencesYou must include at least three (3) references in your application. At least one must be a current or former superior (preferably current). Ensure you have their permission first.
