It's time for another report. Past week was great with a high level of
activity. I must say I am impressed.
All squadrons in XIX are now participating in the Avenger's Darkness
competition. Three squadrons are
in the top four, while the remaining squad is catching up (current scores are
below). Poor XVIII >:).
I want to correct something I wrote past week in my report: "If assignments
on the mission board are taken,
there's always the possibility of requesting a special ops mission for your
squad, flight or yourself." I should add
that you're not limited to special ops missions. In fact, you can request ANY
assignment type: be it recon,
escort, special ops, or whatever.
Two more hints:
- If your mail with completed mission includes a short fiction part that ties to
COM Reese's introduction in your
assignment, your mission points can be doubled.
- The more pilots of your squad that participate, he faster you'll get points.
Teamplay is a definite advantage.
Finally, I would like to congratulate all awardees on their hard-earned
medals and promotions. My inbox was
positively flooded :). Special thanks to GA Astatine for taking care of the
medals.

No new pilots this week, but according to PLT Deadalus' director of operations
several are on the way.

Thanks to our BGCOM and the Communications Officer, every player that wins 3 matches or more in a
month will get a Medal of Communication! The game is now open for everyone in the ATF. A separate
mail giving all details will be send out soon. - Slayer and Fury squadrons have one Flight Leader position open each. If you are seeking
your own command,
this is a good first step to prove yourself. Apply at the respective commanders. - Congratulations to Andrijas for his promotion to COL, Eifel to CPT and
Loyol Xeon to LCM. Congratulations to
COM Kane Reese for his BS. - All ATFBB testers that played in a match have been awarded an ISM for their efforts. Thanks all!

This competition is really awesome. Every squadron can go on missions and win points with
those. Missions can consist of webhunts, fiction, graphics, MP-ing, SP-ing and much much more...
Be sure to read the rules. It's more complex than usual, but very nice! You even can get IS-G*.
