Wing XIII Wing Report #13

The end of another week has cometh, and with it, a new WC report! Yay I hear you all say. Well probably going to be a short one this week as not much has happened, although there has been quite a bit of MP stuff going on with some members participating in the XvT and XWA WoW's and the like. I really hope I see a little more activity from you all in the coming week or so, as I dont want to put out these HS competitions and have 2 or 3 people fly in them. Show me something guys!
Fleet News;
- Last Sunday, just after I'd released my last report, Frodo released another couple of submissions to the Mission Compendium. You are all now able to fly XvT-TC 109 and XvT-Free 180!
- A reminder was posted on Monday in regards to people donating for the EH's box/stall at the Celebration 3 Convention in the US of A. As it stands we still need $200 to make it to the $700US total that the RO etc have been hoping for. More details in the news post for anyone interested in donating.
- A Freeworld's Territorial Engagement was announced for Thursday, but thats now been and gone. I hope we won....I have nfi, anyone who knows can perhaps enlighten us. Bruc?
- TO Stuart also announced a few PROF positions are still open, along with who was appointed as History PROF's. Hope they're not as boring as most high school/uni/college History professors! ;) The open PROF positions are in XML, ASP and Javascript.....email to@emperorshammer.net if your interested in one of them.
- Stuart is also after someone to code a database for the TO. If interested, check out the news post, or the messagboard post at http://mb.emperorshammer.net/viewtopic.php?t=371.
- Cyric announced that there was a new TCCOM's Own...and guess who it was? Read his FO report to find out! :P Nah ok, it was us....although I'm wondering if Cyric was sober during the latest SC, as his explanation in his report as to why we got TCCOM's Own sounded almost like he was caught in a time warp and thought it was SC VI :P
- Congrats to VA Gilad and AD Khadgar, for not only having no lives on a Friday night (:P), but winning and coming 2nd respectively, in the 'April Fools Move' comp that Cyric ran in his latest FO report.
- To my surprise, the TAC's Mission Incentive Competition did indeed finish on April 1st....I dont know about you, but I'm still waiting for something else to happen in true Frodo style :P Congrats to the winners, who include VA Gidda sharing 1st place in battle design with LC Ric Taldrya.
Wing News;
- Recruit, recruit, recruit!
- An unfortunate incident earlier this week in IRC has encouraged me to remind everyone of the IRC Code of Conduct. COMM Joey has updated the CoC's and you can find them here: http://comm.emperorshammer.net/coc.html.
- The first monthly running of the Wolfpack competitions are now over, they started over again as of Friday 12pm USEST. Competitions winners will be announced in the next report and medals will be awarded ASAP.
- Good to see the new members putting in some good work, in particular SL Blackrage who has flown plenty of SP and played many multiplayer games also in the past week. Well done Blackrage, keep it up!
- I'm still unfortunately having trouble getting WSR's from CMDRs. Please keep/get on top of this guys, if you dont it wont be me you'll have to worry about, it'll be the FO staff demoting you!
- Dont forget now it's the beginning of the new month, so that means it's time to send in those Monthly Squadron Evaluations! March has been a predominantly quiet month, so MSE's shouldn't be hard to do or all that time consuming, so I expect to see them on my desk by the end of next week.

Pilot of the Week this week goes to SL Blackrage for coming straight to the ship and getting into the thick of it instantly. Blackrage has flown quite a few missions and a number of multiplayer matches in this past week, which I believe deems him worthy of his forst PotW award! Keep it up Blackrage.
