News:

>>> Captain Angel Love Saris has returned to Wing XIX as Squadron Commander of Flayer.

>>> All Squadron Commander reports are to be in EVERY WEEK. A result of continually missing reports will result in reprimand up to a demotion, so make sure your reports are all in on time.

>>> Commander Colhar Jeth Sudar is CMDR of Storm Squadron, after Colonel Ramos' defection to the rDB.

>>> I would still like any competitions ideas or recommendations to be sent into me.

>>> I would like to reopen Slayer or Chaos squadron, but I can only do that with more pilots. Those two squadrons would also open up a lot of new positions. The minimum is six to reopen a squad, it's not too bad if you work at it.

>>> From Squadron Commanders, to Flight Members, we need to start producing some more activity. Right now it is in the range of low - moderate. I would like us to be recognized as an active wing, which is noticed by the whole TC, this wing can be strong, we just need to start bringing up the activity rate.

>>> I am creating a new command structure, which comprises of officers that will help organizing thing more. I will send out a more detailed description of the new system, but for now I will tell you that the Wing Command Staff will consist of the Wing Commander, Wing Commander Executive Officer, Personnel Officer, Recruitment Officer, and Report Officer. It is quite obvious what each does.

*Wing Commander (WC): Overall Command

*Wing Commander XO (WCXO): Second in Command to the WC, acts as WC while WC is on a Leave of Absence.

*Wing Personnel Officer (WPO): Deals with the wing member's questions, comments and concerns, and also stays on top of their promotions.

*Wing Recruitment Officer (WRCO): Recruiting and Welcoming new members into the wing. They also explain how things run in the wing.

*Wing Report Officer (WRPO): He/she makes sure all reports are in on time, and keeps record of them.

If anyone would like to apply for any of these positions, send your applications to myself and I will see if you are eligible. These positions are open to all members of the wing of the rank Lieutenant and above, they do not have to necessarily be the squadron commanders. lastly, these staff officers will be rewarded through medals and promotions for their hard work.
