Report III
Greetings everyone !
It is report time so take a cup of coffee, or beer and take a seat.
NEWS
That was an, uhm, busy week.
First of all, CPT Chris Mc Collum resigned from his position as CMDR of Tempest and took a FM position.
I want to take the chance and thank him for his work as Squadron Commander, and I hope that that scary RL things gets his claws from him :)
Since we still had an application from the open Inferno spot it was easy to choose a new CMDR for Tempest.
We all welcome COL Locke Setzer aboard the ISD Challenge. The old guys of the Wing, such as Sephiroth and Master ;) promised that Locke was seen aboard this ship earlier, and indeed, I found in my WC quarters some graffiti on the wall “Locke wuz here”.
COL Locke will be busy the next week in repainting my quarters.
We also welcome LT Zarn aboard the ship and especially in Typhoon. Welcome aboard !
You may also have noticed that our beloved COM is still alive ;)
He opened the door of his office and yelled randomly at some pilots that passed by. It would be nice if you can visit LCM Infamus and MAJ Calvin Senzin in the sickbay. Evil COM.
On a more serious note, I got a lot of complains about scratches in the Fighters and a couple of dents in the walls. I gave LT Cheriss a separate Hangar Bay for parking her Tie Defender, so the problems should stop now.
LC Master also returned from his short leave, he bought me no present, so I ordered Tornado for some extra patrols, let this be a warning for you !

I want a banner for a website. I want that it contains the Wing’s Motto and the Wing’s Nick. I want that it looks cool and that I want a big JOIN US on it :) Or, something that looks like Join us :).
The Competition is approved.

Black Knight and Black Eagle
The most active pilot over the month May will be awarded the title as Black Knight.
This activity contains flying, email activity, MB activity and whatever comes to your mind.
The Black Knight will form the position as FL of the Black Eagles. The 3 pilots that are assigned as Black Eagles are those who come out as 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in this race.
Medals: The Black Knight earns an IS-SW, the remaining Black Eagles will earn each ! an IS-BW.
This Competition runs from the 1st till the 31st May.

Flight Members, cc your FL in your mails to your CMDR, as long as they contain activity.
Flight Leaders, you are ORDERED !!! to do FL reports once a week. I explained this last week and haven`t received any FL report so far. If you think that you aren`t able to write any FL report then mail me and we will find a way together.

I can say that the CMDR’s truly lead by example. I got a load of files to process and others were done by the CMDR’s, so go on this way !

WC’s Corner
Yeah, I the last week was full of surprises :) this also includes my sudden resignation and my decision to stay. However, Seph slapped some sense into me, so no worries :)
Anyways, I want to have a little feedback from you, from everyone to be exactly.
I want that you give your oppinion about the work of your superior(s).
Rate the work of your CMDR on a scale from 1 to 5, while 1 is best and 5 is worst. Be honest, and if you feel so, then give a few reasons why you rate this way.
This thing will be kept strictly confidential ! So if you feel like saying your oppinion then please do so, then we can change things together.
I will be not much around the next days, till Wednesday to be exact, when I have my written exam.
And speaking of not being around, I think Stuart will be happy when you send him a little mail where you wish him to heal soon, since his surgey was today.
Stuart, head up and all the best from my side, and I think I can speak for the whole Wing when I wish you so !
