This one is late.. yes! Because? Summer quarter has started and it gets really hot and sweaty inside rooms packed with over 60 people. Yuck... yuck..
Well, this week we see two major comps in effect. One is voluntary, the other is kinda expected that we all fly.
We saw plenty of medals and IWATs going about and one promotion this week. Good work all of you.
And again, thanks everyone for wishing me a happy birthday. Awww... meow! =P
-SSL Round 8 is the last and final round before the playoffs. Aww, it's almost over. Was so much fun! Gotta thank Tod for bringing this one up and seeing it successfully implimented. Details in the Wing Orders.
-Tempest's Imperial Battlechess: I'm not sure, but I think we fell short from the required numbers to run this competition. I'm not sure why we couldn't get the numbers in the wing. A lot of you are active but if it can't run now then maybe we'll try again in the future. But if Tempest has the numbers needed we'll run it. -The General's Sovereign Summer Patrol: The Summer Patrol has started already and we've got plenty of pilots participating. Looks really good so far. Flight Office Banner Competition

Greetings folks. The Flight Office is in need of TWO new banners, one general banner for the front page and a second to replace the ageing link banner (aww). The main banner can be of any size (within reason) and the link banner should be ideally 400x50 pixels. Format must be gif, jpeg, psp or bmp and should be sent zipped to spellfire@btinternet.com by Sunday 6th July at the latest.
The creator of the winning entry of each banner type will receive an Iron Star w/ Gold Ribbon. An IS-SR will go to second, and an IS-BR will go to 3rd and 4th places.
