Does anyone know the feeling when you lie in your bed and you have to hold one of your legs outside to stop the room from circling around ? I really hate this feeling :)

NEWS
I just saw that the ISD Intrepid got a new Commodore, RA Frodo. I know, this is scary and I hope we can safe a few pilots from being doomed ;)
The week was a slow one in the Battlegroup. The monkeys aboard the Immortal are still trying to take over the command, the Relentless is still on a border patrol and the Colossus, well, I have no idea.
Congrats to Tempest Squadron on taking the 2rd place in the Theta Invitational Tournament.

Stuff from the Ship and the wing.
Well, I think that we need to discuss a few things.
I have noticed that there are only the same active, and we could barely fill 2 Squadrons with the active people. The roster is down to 29 and will soon be down to 28, CPT Tyanis Slyth is leaving us to the RSV.
I know that we have currently exams time, I know that the summer is near and I know almost everyone has a real life and that the Emperor’s Hammer comes as last. Don`t misunderstand me, this Club is to have fun, and it should be the last on your list of priorities, because real life goes first.
It looks for me as a lot are thinking that they MUST fly a mission, but they don`t enjoy it.
I don`t see anyone of you posting on the EH recruitment board, and the Wing Messageboard isn`t also highly used.
2 of the Squadrons Messageboards are regulary used, the others are just there.
To make it short. I will see what the MSE’s say and then I will decidde with Sephiroth how we go on. But if I need to make an activity check, then I will do so and if this means that I will go on with 2 or 3 active Squadrons, then it may be so.
All I ask you for is to take those 20 mins per week and to fly one of the free missions, or to take the 5 mins to post on the Wing MB, or your Squadron MB or just to drop in on IRC and say hello.
I don`t think that I ask for to much, so get your bodies moving and do something for YOUR ship.

The one of you that finishs the mission in the SHORTEST time wins the IS-SW, the 2nd place the IS-BW.
IS-SW and IS-BW to be awarded for all 3 platforms.
Deadline is the 25th May !!! <- because of a lack of submissions is this Competition extended till the 31th May. If I don`t get a minimum of 2 submissions per platform will the competition be deleted and no medal will be awarded.
Recruitment Banner Competition
I want a banner for a website. I want that it contains the Wing’s Motto and the Wing’s Nick. I want that it looks cool and that I want a big JOIN US on it :) Or, something that looks like Join us :).
Black Knight and Black Eagle
The most active pilot over the month May will be awarded the title as Black Knight.
This activity contains flying, email activity, MB activity and whatever comes to your mind.
The Black Knight will form the position as FL of the Black Eagles. The 3 pilots that are assigned as Black Eagles are those who come out as 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in this race.
Medals: The Black Knight earns an IS-SW, the remaining Black Eagles will earn each ! an IS-BW.
This Competition runs from the 1st till the 31st May.

Ah well,
Beside the stuff I said in the news isn`t there much to add. I hope that we can get this ship in a state of activity, but this requires teamwork.
You are members, no, pilots of Wing X, aboard the ISD II Challenge, and not some lousy pirates. You are members of the Emperor’s Hammer Strike Fleet, and if this doesn`t mean anything for you, if this doesn`t make you feel a little bit proud to be part of such a fine bunch of pilots, then you should rethink if you are on the right ship or in the right club.
