The results of the Sov Readiness Comp are finally out, and there are
some notables from Wing I amongst the winners! Congratulations to LC
Iceman for getting the highest score on the XWA free mission, and

I would like to welcome COL StarLion as Gamma's new CMDR. I look
forward to the former TAC leading Gamma to glory. You may not get
quite as much email as you used to, but aside from TAC, CMDR is the
most important job in the fleet. Welcome back to Wing I, Colonel :P

You all have a couple more days to relax, but know that I am in the
process of creating a devious wing competition to amaze and astound
you all. I should be able to announce it sometime this week. You have
been warned!

Finally, just so we're all on the same page about recruiting: yes, you
should be recruiting. However, before you start emailing cadets on the
Daedalus, please run your recruitment mail past me first. You are NOT
allowed to send mail that says "Wing I is great and you should join
it!" You ARE allowed to send mail that says "if you're having trouble
finishing the requirements to join, ask me for help. By the way, I'm
in Wing I."
