NEWS:

The Great XO Swap
Sector Admiral Kawolski has stepped down as Executive Officer of the Emperor's Hammer, and has been replaced with Sector Admiral Astatine. Congratulations to him, and all the best to Kawolski, who has put in many hours of tireless work to improve the Fleet.

Challenger Gets Second!
Congratulations to LCM Dujhod of Inferno for placing second in the TIE section of the FCHG contest run by TAC/FA Striker!

Prelude to Andevia: Run-on
I've started the Challenge run-on, for all those interested, at http://www.tiecorps.org/mb/view.asp?b=18&p=40172&l=1&g=0&v=1&t=7655&s=0&c=ps . We have just under two months to write this thing, and don't forget that this is a Platinum Iron Star competition, so lots of medals could be in the offing if we do well. Come along and support your ship - I'd really love to see 100% on this one, even if you only write a couple of lines.

Thunder Run-on Completion Comp
The competition is to write a concluding post for the Thunder run-on which you can find on their message board at http://www.tiecorps.org/mb/view.asp?b=68&v=1&s=0 Entries should be in .doc or .txt format ONLY and should be sent to myself (somnia_vacua@yahoo.com) and CMDR/LC Beef (beefment@aol.com) for judging. I believe the winning post will be added to the Thunder message board for everyone's reading pleasure! You can earn an IS-SR for first place, and an IS-BR for second place; entries are due in by 31st January.

Project Hawkeye: Auditions
For those of you who are unaware, Project Hawkeye is the first Internet Office Competition ever and promises to be full of surprises and excitement. Heavy work is being put into thorough plot development. Part of this plot requires some voice acting. Now you can help us out and take part in this top-secret IO Project. Clone Ban From FO/FA Priyum
For the benefit of those that didn't bother reading my last report, there is currently a ban on ALL new clones within the TIE Corps (this won't affect any existing clones). This also serves as a timely reminder that clones must be registered with the Flight Office. If you do have a clone and are unsure as to whether or not it's been registered, then just send me an email with all the relevant details (clone information will be kept confidential if desired). Remember that illegal clones are treated as AoW violations.
