General Information
As promised, once we removed the inactive and AWOL pilots from our ranks we would begin to rise in numbers again! As of this report we are up to 50 pilots, full of activity and presenting a united front not only in the ASF-SC IV Comp, but for the TIE Corps and the ASF! This week we saw the return of one veteran pilot from the Reserves, and the addition of three new pilots fresh from M/PLT Daedaleus. Welcome SL Sabbath, SL Bane Wolfblood, SL Kaare Daniels, and MAJ Lusankya to Wing XIV!
Special thanks to CPT Drako, once again! After my last report went out he offered to help me by creating a new and unique report template for use by the WC! CPT Drako has earned my thanks and gratitude for all of his assistance in helping with the new GFX and other projects since I took command of Wing XIV! Thanks again Drako!! J
Recruiting seems to be going well, especially in Copperhead with three new pilots joining their ranks this week. CM Krennel informs me that he has more recruits in the works as well at this time! J
The BattleStats X-Wing Alliance Week of War has begun! Lets try to see more participation in this WoW than we had in the last one!! ;)
A reminder to the CMDR’s that I expect all MSE’s to be submitted and in my inbox by May 2nd! If your going to be later than that in submitting your Monthly Squadron Evaluation then you had better contact me ASAP and inform me of why it will be delayed. Remember, I can’t submit any recommendations for promotions, medals, or other recognition until I have all reports accounted for! :P

Activity continues to improve across the entire Wing! Copperhead jumped onboard the Battle Citation list this week with 5 new Cits thanks to the arrival of SL Sabbath from M/PLT Daedaleus! Asp and Cobra both claimed a new Battle Citation as well. Cobra is finally on the board for the first time since I took over as WC and just before this report claimed another Cit! Diamondback gained another handful of Cits this week, keeping them as one of the top Squadrons in the TIE Corps!
Plenty more LoC’s spread around again this week! Keep up the great MP presence; remember lots of points to be awarded for every MP victory!
Current results for the ISD-II Intrepid will be sent shortly after this Wing Report! A lot of great activity, and a ton of points have been tabulated again this week! Keep up the great work Wing XIV, we’re striving for greatness here!! J
Wing XIV’s WoW presence has been less than I would have liked this week, but congrats to those of you who have been on there and scored victories! But I am also aware that BSC appears to be having some technical issues involved with the registration process. Word of advice, never wait until the last minute to try and register, something always screws up your chance to join in! :P
We are arriving into 5 weeks remaining in the ASF-SC IV (Aggressor Strike Force Supremacy Competition IV), and the ISD-II Intrepid still maintains a commanding lead over the ISD-II Grey Wolf, ISD-II Vanguard, and the VSD-II Aggressor (Avenger Squadron). I’m still calculating points, an endless process at this point, but we are definitely going to be topping 21,000 points today! As Wing Commander I find it hard to put together the right words to extend my thanks and gratitude to everyone, from CMDR’s on down who have given their best efforts to see the Intrepid succeed in this competition. Keep up this excellent activity, we’ve still got a full month ahead of us, and you can be certain the other ships are gunning for us!! :P
CM Michael brought up a very good question this week relating to the X-Wing Battles listed on the EH Battle Center. I discussed this with VA Brakka earlier this week, and we agree that as long as the Battle or Mission in question is available on the Battle Center, and you own that platform, there are no restrictions on what you fly! Obviously the COM and WC have a minor issue with IW Battles, but this does not mean that we are deterring anyone from flying them either. LOL

· Development of the Wing XIV/ISD-II Intrepid website continues. A few minor technical issues have arisen from the uploading to its new server. Mostly attributed to the server itself. :P
· Welcome SL Sabbath, SL Bane Wolfblood, and MAJ Lusankya to Copperhead!

ASF/TC News
· AD Cyric, BGCOM of the ASF, has announced that new MP standards will be used for all ASF Personnel in a WC or lower position.
· ASF:PO (Aggressor Strike Force: Propaganda Office) is back in full gear once again! Recruiting, web design and graphics are the high priorities at this time. Any Squadron needing a new banner contact LCM Ultima (mr_sailor_dude@hotmail.com), or for a website contact VA Bevel Leeson (skinner@axelero.hu).
· The TAC Office has released the first XWA CAB Battle! You can find XWA-CAB #1 at http://www.emperorshammer.net/battles/battle.asp?record=727
· On April 24th all Yahoo email users lost the ability to use a POP Mail Client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.) to access mail on the Yahoo Email Server.
· The Training Manual has moved location. You can now access it at http://www.emperorshammer.net/to/manual/. It has been updated with the latest medal and rank images too.
· Thanks to the efforts of Primarch Koral of the BHG, the TIE Corps now has a new battles mirror. It's available as the first link when you view a battle. Also, in order to even out the downloads for all the mirrors, I'd ask that if you link to a battle for a competition, please link to the battle's page (with the download link) rather than directly to the battle's zip file itself.
· Executive Orders are orders created by XO’s for wide-scale enforcement of policy. They can be considered as good as any rule in the EH. I've done up a page listing all these and they're available at http://www.emperorshammer.net/orders.asp. A link is also available under the "Rules and Regulations" part of the menu.
· Many congratulations go out to the Wing Commander of Wing X, Colonel Mairin. who has been promoted to the coveted rank of General. Since her appointment to WC, Mairin's work has been tireless in supporting and building her Wing. Congrats Mai!
Also congrats go out to the new Wing VIII WC, Colonel Indaro Gallia. A long standing member of the Wing, I'm sure the Colonel will prove to be a fine choice for Wing Commander.
· Turn 3 of Imperial Storm. The BGCOMs continue their "turf war" while the Command Staff is away. Forces from the Battlegroups have conquered a new Planet, giving them an edge on production. Elsewhere Battlegroup vessels have encountered Ships from the Sovereign Group, and separately, the ATF. Can the Battlegroups knock the Sov out of First place? Will the ATF survive until next week? Find out on Monday April 29th. As always details are at the Official IS3 Site. If you are a stationed on the Sov, in the Battlegroups, or in the ATF, and do not know what to do, ask your Commanding Officer.
