CA:TAC2/TCHC Position open (By AD Starlion)

With the moving of Admiral Havoc to CA:FO, the position of CA:TAC2 is open. I will be accepting applications for this position starting now. Please keep in mind the following things.

A CA position is a Full Time position. You will be removed from all other positions, with extremely few exceptions.
You will spend hours going over Beta Tester Reports, organizing them, sending files to the Tacticians for correcting or to me for placement on the board, and flying corrected battles yourself. Ideally, you should be expected to be able to fly 7 battles in approximately 2 to 2 1/2 weeks.
It is REQUIRED that you own ALL major platforms (TIE,XvT,XWA).
It is REQUIRED that you be able to handle repetitive work, such as filing reports, and managing the team.
You MUST be able to answer email within an appropriate time (24/36 hrs at most).
Interested applicants should email Admiral StarLion with the subject of the email reading "CA:TAC2 Application"...any application without that subject will be ignored. If you try to ask me about it on IRC, your application will be ignored.
Applications will close March 10th.

TIE Tactics Professor appointed

LC Ford has been appointed Professor, TIE Tactics. The course will be up soon once some updates are made.

Wing News

Exercise Cantina Run
We are looking good for a good showing in this years ECR. Mu squadron has already acheived 100% submissions, as a reminder to everyone who still hasn't written, 500 words by March 7th. Mell wrote 3000 words on his peice, I wrote 7000 words on mine in two nights! It's a doddle and anyone who doesn't submit will have to answer to me, TT and my cattleprod..

Warning: Madman on the loose!
LT Darknyte has been going a little nuts recently. If this guy is not the most active pilot in the battlegroups then show me someone else who is! Since last week, he has submitted no fewer than 31 BSF's, has passed four IWATS Course and still found the time to knock me off the top of the chatters on IRC! He is a key member of Mu's resurgence as a fighting force and I for one am glad he's on the Colossus. Congratulations DN on an incredible week and thank you.

Academics
The only pilot who appeared to be completing courses was... you guessed it LT Darknyte! who managed to complete SM2,/IIC/3, TM and VBS.! This could be because imperialacademy.org has been down however..

BSF's
BSF's since last week run at (Drumroll) 56!! Last month we had 127 BSF's through my mail box. What target shall we set for this month? Suggestions?
I myself managed 24 B's last week, that is however Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes. Im sad, and I know it. :P

Squadron Summaries

Wow, Mu Squadron continues to amaze me. Activity of this lot is still increasing! The rest of the squadrons: Don't let them get too far away! Their Commander, CM Absoult Vodka is now new owner of isdcolossus.com and has offered every squadron hosting on here. I suggest you take it up. He is also the man to apply to if you want a snazzy email address, just like mine!

Pi Squadron appears to be a little quiet at the moment. As a squadron full of experienced pilots I find this suprising, go on Pi! Show Mu what your made of!

Omicron Squadron's Commander, CM Anthony Starr is still on leave and LCM Daniel Stephens is filling in for him. Please support him as you would your commander. As joint-largest squadron on the Colossus you should easily challenge Mu, Go on Omi!, Kill!

Eta Squadron's Commander, CM Wap Eal is due back in a few days. Just in time to rally his pilots for the next round of the ECR.
