Avenger Wing II Specific News

Fellow Dark Jedi of the Avenger.
After many months, years even, of hard jogging uphill, our ship has reached 80 members! It was something like 50 when I joined back in late August of 2000. This is an excellent number, but I believe we can do better. I have worked out (not too challenging, the math) that if every squad recruited 1-2 members, we could break the 100! This would be over seventy-five % of what, say, the ASF has, and they have 3 whole ships! Come on, rally together and recruit! If you know a person in RL or from elsewhere on the internet who may be interested, sign him up! If you see a CT or RSVist on IRC looking to join a squad, tell them about the Avenger! Email CTs on the Daedalus if you like (one at a time!) although I already email most every cadet that joins. If you can get more than 1-2, great! The more the merrier!
It's not that hard to recruit. In the last week alone, I have recruited 5 pilots to the ship, and 17 pilots in total during my stay here, with more CTs interested. I am currently trying to recruit for Chaos and Trapper now that Slayer is full, but I would love it if everyone else pitched in to help out!
Think about it.. a ship of over 100 Dark Jedi pilots.. there is nothing we couldnt achieve. Is this the kind of atmosphere you want to create for yourself? I know it is for me.
So please, recruit, and if you keep your superiors aware of your efforts, then I'm sure you will be duly rewarded too!
