XWA Screenshot takers needed for Fleet Man pics

I need a few people with high end (i.e.. can run XWA at full detail options smoothly) to take screenshots of a large number of craft. If it sounds mind numbingly easy, its because it is, however there are a lot of craft :P So just to give a bit of warning, this could be a little time consuming and not just easy medals.
Additionally, I will be after a person or two who knows their way around 3DS max, and is familiar with rendering meshes taken from the SWMA site. Of course, anyone rendering assistance in either way will be rewarded appropriately.

Users in the ImperialAcademy.org database with "dead" email addresses have had their subscription status turned off, so I don't keep getting error emails. A majority of the people causing these errors are people who had email addresses on domains hosted by IO/AD AbsoluteK. These domains include ehnet.org, squadron.org and stardestroyer.org. If you have changed your email address recently and do wish to still receive news updates from the Training Office and IWATS, you can go to www.imperialacademy.org/settings and update your email and turn your subscription status back on again. On Saturday, I will be returning to college. I might be offline for a day or two, while I update my computer with my new sound card and CDRW. I suppose you'd like the greater Brotherhood to believe that I would simply delete your article and cover up the matter, which is precisely why I'm not going to do that . . . Be it known that you were actually about to receive an elevation to Obelisk Battlelord, due to the excellent work you've been doing with the Guard. It is unfortunate that you've chosen to terminate your position in such a manner as re-payment for the faith that I obviously mis-placed in you.
1. I often receive over 100 e-mails in a day, over 85% of which are read and responded to as necessary within the first 24 hours. I have, on quite a few days, most willingly cut into healthy sleeping hours to be able to maintain this position, and you present to me a criticism as asinine as this. Did you even bother to read my announcement of being on leave between X-Mas and the 3rd?

3. The DB has seen some revolutionary changes since the beginning of my reign, including a completely new Shadow Academy. Others are yet in the works. I do not take credit for their construction, but I fully supported their instatement. The ideas for "expansion" by no means end there, but as Grand Master, it is my job to determine what will be productive, and more importantly, when it will be productive, in the grand vision of the Brotherhood.
4. I don't do what? Outside of holding a position for which the very maintenance occupies many hours daily, it so happens that the Holocrons, which you speak of, started being distributed much more regularly and on a much wider scale as of my administration. Let us also not forget the first true Vendetta the Brotherhood had seen in years and the re-vamping of the Envoys, among other things. If you don't believe I'm moving quickly enough for "your" benefit, please deal with it, or pay my wages so that I may be Grand Master as a full-time job.
5. I've already read and responded to that e-mail, Blade. Quite frankly, the Steel Cross is too prestigious a medal to award weekly to the melee night winner, and I'm certain the Chancellor agrees. It's interesting how you tell me I do nothing, and then criticise me as being too-involved in Dark Council dealings in the same breath.
6. Lord Thedek had faith in me . . . But of course, you've more than shown that you have little faith in the discretion of the reigning Grand Master, let alone a former one.
7. I have said repeatedly that if any Dark Brethren have a concern with me, they should feel free to e-mail. I don't guarantee that every problem has a mutually agreeable solution, however I respect and respond to people who take the time to bring a polite inquiry to me when they feel something is wrong. What I must unfortunately impart to you, is that openly spreading dissent across public media solves nothing and is, indeed, both insubordinate and treasonous. One of your status should know better than to post largely baseless accusations against the Iron Throne, and thus you will henceforth be recognised at the rank of Obelisk Warrior, and that only because I'm in a forgiving mood.
None of what you say in any way shows that I am not fulfilling my responsibilities as Grand Master, and let me make it perfectly clear once more that I am going nowhere until I cease to do so, at which time I will relinquish the Iron Throne. If you have an irreconcilable problem with the way I choose to lead the Brotherhood, departing it remains your option, even though I am saddened by the loss of any Dark Brother. And ironically . . . the time you inspired me to take out of my schedule in the writing of this reply would have otherwise been spent in fulfilling my duties to those of us who still remember where their loyalties are best placed. :)

This message took me a while to write as I spent like an hour correcting all my punctuation mistakes and errors even though those two words mean the same thing.
1. He fails to reply to 75% of his e-mails.
2. He fails to read 75% of his e-mails.
3. He's too afraid to expand. Hence the DB staying in it's current state.
4. He doesn't do ANYTHING. At all. Nothing. He puts together reports and sends a holocron every week which are LATE EVERY TIME.
5. He doesn't let the Dark Council do what they're supposed to. Maybe his DGM, but he's just as bad. For example, the GMRG. I needed approval on everything, everything. He even complained about me rewarding a Steel Cross to the winner of a melee night. If you dont like it Zoraan, approve the multiplayer medal. Or did you not read that e-mail either?
6. He's not fit for the job. Thedek, I know you gave Zoraan GM to keep Faethor out of the position. If you didnt want Faethor as GM (which I dont understand at all), why Zoraan? In all reality, HE did not make Tarentum good. Dreadnaught says he only made a good house, but he MADE Tarentum the way it was. What happened when he left? It died. Dread was CON, officially or not.
7. Do I need to go on? I can list over a thousand reasons here, but I suppose this is enough. If your hungry for more, tell me before I get kicked out of the DB. Actually, I'm not disrespecting Zoraan at all here. I'm pointing out why he's not a good GM. But of course the higher-ups will call it disrespect, treason, etc. It's not. But whatever....Peace

>The Avenger Thursday Night Training competitions, open to the fleet and the DB, are being held on the IRC channel #avenger from 8pm-11pm EST for both XVT-XWA. LoCs to winners, as is the DFC to the overall winner. JK too? Not yet.

Squad Info-
Storm- CPT K`Sunis had a change of heart at the last second and decided to keep his Command spot I am more than grateful for him doing this, as the applicants I had for the position was such that I was going to have a very hard time finding someone to replace the CMDR :P All those who applied I will remember you when it comes time to open the final squad we need Choas to hit a min of 6-7 pilots to make that happen so this means that everyone including myself need to recruit for Chaos I know Smitroc is already going crazy with it and Ben Holland at last report is looking also. The only reason it is so hard to get pilots for Chaos is the fact that the squad requires ownership of TIE,XvT,XWA,JK so that sort of makes it an elite squad without the status of it :P so please if anyone in the wing or on the ship for that matter knows of anyone in the fleet or in training that would like a challenge then Chaos is where it will be when the squad hits 6 plus there is an open FL spot although the spot will be given to whomever CMDR Smitroc chooses it is not my place to do that 
